Staff is not friendly, they don't care about guests.

Mixed male - female, from various countries, all polite, orderly, disciplined, air conditioner leaks a little, but still cold, toilets need to be even cleaner, extraordinarily economical prices MY 20 steps Petaling tourist area 📌.

Worst hostel experience I ever had. 1. Bed bugs! 2. Not clean! In 7 days I stayed, the common area was cleaned once, but the dorm and bedding of guests who left, none! 3. Staff was mostly no-show, so helpfulness is a far stretch. No 24hs front desk! The one good thing that can be said about this place is location-besides the MRT station and very close to Chinatown and Central Market.

The location is near to Central Market, to Petaling street and Pasar Seni station. The room is not clean, the toilet is also not clean.

The staff was friendly, but when I first arrived I was surprised to see the condition of the guesthouse, it was really dirty, smelled of cigarettes and was dirty

Bad. Too bad. Dirty bedroom. There are a lot of cockroaches and bed bugs that are very itchy and uncomfortable. The rooms next door are extremely noisy with poor sound insulation. Will never come back to this hotel again.

The bathroom far ,they said breakfast include but when arrived they said no breakfast ,the room too small,no air cond , fan is so noisy soo bad ever.

Due to Corona Virus/Covid-19, I worried about it. Because of that, I feel afraid everytime when I stay at dorm. Sorry for this bad feedback. 🙏

Strategic location, close to the bus station and kerlal, markets, friendly staff, rooms are also okay for those who bring family or groups, could be an alternative to finding cheap lodging.

Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Low cost accommodation, but not clean. Room was very basic and smell, but comfortable enough. The main issues were the dirty shared bathrooms, air conditioner not good. Near MRT/LRT stations.

Will always come back here to Malaysia again coz feels like home 😊

The service staff is very friendly, the cleanliness of the hostel is also maintained. The hostel is close to LRT Art Market and Central Market. Very efficient for those who want to travel anywhere.

The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are okay there is hot water, you can have breakfast, all the guards are friendly, the guest hostels are also good, near the city center, close to the MRT market Monday, close to almost all tourist attractions
