I was very disappointed as I spend a fortune of 10 days, housekeeping was never done on time. There was no shower gel, I requested on multiple occasions, broken towel rail, broken shower gel bottle handles, you would have to repeat a single request multiple times. There was an error in my last bill, they added laundry twice for me, there wasn’t any record to collect data, i hd to wait for an hour on reception to resolve the issu on their behalf. I keep requesting as i was running late for flight. Breakfast served was cold

Excellent location, very good service and friendly flexible staff. response to requests is quick. There is a free parking. On the other side, the furniture is a bit worn out and would require some renewal.

The property hasn’t been maintained for maybe many many years. The breakfast quality is below average in terms of the food items they use, from cheese, to vegetables and the worst by far is the bread. I honestly don’t know if you can call it bread. All in all, in terms of food it’s not even two stars.

As always front staff were very helpful. Gave me my choice of rooms. The breakfast is great, the wait staff are always on point.

Wilson and Jhaman were lovely cooks and most servers were excellent here. The lobby and service at the lobby has room for improvement.

Great property, will stay here again for sure.

My room was not available until 5:30 PM Room was noisy Changed it for very smoky room… made me feel sick without proper sleep I complained the following morning… no body even said sorry!!

Convenient location for my business meetings. Hotel clean but a bit dated. Wifi good and staff pleasant

Old hotel , administrative staff with little preparation and will to help. For long stay is not recommended. Wifi stable but slow, gym excellent/ food acceptable.
