The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient.

Great location, heart of the city with a grant shopping mall next to it. Countless restaurant near by, plus helpful and friendly staffs, good choice for sure! BTW, breakfast is phenomenal!

It’s not a 5 star hotel, rooms are old, and the breakfasts it’s pretty bad. It’s a good hotel but not a 5 star hotel, needs some improvement. Staff is nice and helpful but very few speak English

Excellent hotel in the middle of downtown. Vibrant illuminated city of Ningbo . I will be back for sure

Generally pretty good, but compared to newer 5-star hotels, it is showing age in a number of areas including bathroom, TV. Bed is too soft and bouncy, although not uncomfortable, I guess this is pure personal preference. Breakfast was extremely mediocre, not up to Westin standard. Location is fantastic, very convenient to the mall across the street for everything you want.

Service wasn’t so good..............................

I use to stay at this hotel before and it was an excellent experience. Now, i was not so pleased. in the room, airconditioning was freezing cold and one cannot adjust it. If you turn it off one cannot breathe in the room.in executive lounge, air condition didn't work at all.

Was no outlets that my curling iron would plug into and no air conditioner.

Very average Not up to Westin standards Hotel is tired and incredibly average Rooms are old, tired and shabby Food offering, setting is so disorganised and western food mixed all over the place Service levels very average Would hesitate staying with this brand again

Great location in the city centre. I would stay there again. We ate in the 2nd floor buffet on Thursday evening - Grill section was fabulous and range of food was extensive.

Best room service and great comfy beds and view. Next to amazing shopping area.

We love it! Good location - is very near to Tianyi square. The room is clean and spacious, the beds and pillows are so comfortable.

My biggest priority when traveling is the room. It is my home away from home and after long days out I want to come home to a relaxing clean modern space and the westin was great. Starbucks next door was a bonus as well. Didn’t hang out too much in lobby. It was small had singers as ok

Staff were slow to react, bar tender kept disappearing, so had to wait to order food and drinks. Hotel rooms need upgrading as very dark and dowdy

Guests were extremely noisy all through the night. Room service food was cold and inedible. Only wine available by the glass was from a Chinese vineyard. Bedding was poor quality.

comfortable but the hot pool in the jacuzzi was not 'hot', just room temperature, and the 32nd floor was restaurant and bar was closed because the weather was 'cold'

I was looking forward to my stay in this hotel...unfortunately i really couldnt see how this hotel was worth the money...lights were broken in room.. Service in restaurant was very slow..staff were not as helpful as the other hotels i have stayed in

To be honest I expect more quality and better service It is the worst hotel gym I've ever visit
