Disappointing, deposite sy with auto debit will be returned after 2 weeks but after 3 weeks and I have contacted parties and parties online, until now the deposit has not been refunded. Please help me

The room was small but the disappointing deposite had not been returned. At the time of check in we were asked for 1,000 HKD deposite and we submitted it with auto debit. At the time of checking out our deposite is unacceptable and it is said that it will be returned within 2 weeks of our account. It has been running for 3 weeks and we have contacted the hotel via e-mail and also traveloka, who said it will be fixed but until now the deposit has not been refunded. We don't know where the problem is. Very disappointed.
