Although the hotel is close to the center, it is right at the garbage collection area and is very noisy. The reception desk and living room are not soundproofed. The staff and reception manager talk very loudly early in the morning, affecting guests.

This experience for me is no different from being cheated.

The hotel accepts 2-day bookings. Minh On the first day, the room was sold out because the sale forgot to lock it on the app. Change to another hotel nearby that says it's the same system. But the room is dirty and old. I also accepted to stay because it was almost 8pm. On the second day, the receptionist called me to check in. At 2:00 p.m., I moved to another worse hotel. The sleeping mattress has 2-3 bed sides. Old room, dirty toilet. When asking for a refund, the manager did not show up and let the employee work for 1 hour. In the end, I also accepted a 1-day refund but it was not enough compared to the payment amount. Bad service. Feeling of disrespect for Vietnamese guests!

When booking on the app, the picture is the same, but when we arrive, the receptionist takes us to the opposite hotel (same system). The room doesn't look like the photo, much smaller than the advertisement (21 sqm), the place we stay has a different name from the one posted on the web. Hair dryer was broken. Empty fridge. When we left the room key to go explore the city, there was no one at the reception desk to secure our key. Unfriendly staff.
