Perfect hotel for the pandemic (no restaurants) so an apartment-style hotel with our own kitchen was the perfect place to stay. The apartment itself was very large, nicely furnished and warm during the winter cold snap we experienced.

Check in was at the hotel down the street, the main entrance was more a hidden back door which we could reach by walking through a wall of smoke with our daughter.. The apartment wasn’t the one we booked, so we didn’t have two bedrooms. Also it wasn’t cleaned, so we arrived to dirty dishes, towels and beds that were used. After calling reception they send someone over to clean. When we arrived back, it was sort of clean. Unfortunately there was still a coffeepad in the machine, she shower isn’t very clean, there is one soap dispenser which is not clean at all. We found out a second bed, that we could fold out in the living room, but because of the way the apartment looked, we didn’t even want to try it. The entrance of the apartments looks very nice, unfortunately that’s it, this place needs serious renovation and a new cleaning staff.

Spacious apartment in ideal location, clean with almost everything you would need apart fron atoaster and iron, though this was not an issue. Carpet in bedroom had seen better days and the large terrace would have been nice to sit out in if it wasnt for all the weeds which were also at the entrance. Check in was a nightmare, we were given akey for 34 but not told we had to enter at 36! Up once again to the hotel only to find out you needed a key card to gain entry. Got there eventually but found the process very frustrating after travelling all day.

We enjoyed our stay in Valkenburg and the apartment was very comfortable for our stay. Good amount of space to spread out...except for the bathroom! It was clean but very small, especially the shower! It wasn’t a problem for my son or I but my husband had a tough time. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Good apartment ,clean and tidy, The lights in the bathroom weren't working we reported this and they were fixed straight away The apartment was very near the Christmas markets and shops and restaurants Only comment would be a toaster would have been nice

Somewhat old and worn down. Great location and relative to options not a terrible choice. Be aware that tjus would be a 2 Star in USA. Lower expectations and reasonable for sleep only. No TV in bedroom, coffee maker did not work. Old in need of rennovations

Apartment clean warm and comfortable could have done with a toaster. Check in was in another hotel few minutes walk away. When we got to other hotel we were buzzed in but not told reception was on third floor all signs were in Dutch or German so we wandered about looking for it then eventually buzzed again and were directed. Apartment is very close to all shops and restaurants. All in an excellent stay

Hotel is located right next to the chair lift cable car in the centre of town. Parking outside on street via permit provided by hotel at 6 euro per day. It appears that all parking in Valkenburg is chargeable, without permit it was 1.7 Euro per hour. Apartment very large, clean and warm.Ideal for family as within walking distance of all restaurants, shops, attractions etc.

Absolutely perfect little place. Would recommend it, and would stay again.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war, dass die Lampen über dem Herd defekt waren. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre auch besser. Ansonsten eine tolle Lage und gemütliche Atmosphäre in der Wohnung 👍👍👍

kamer was leuk maar mocht wel wat vervangen worden, zoals defecte lampen, defwcte of ontbrekende gordijnen, een mat bij de deur, ontbrekende onderdelen van servies en een schilderbeurt. De kamer was goed schoon, maar verouderd, wat defecte spullen maar het heeft zeker potentie. Aardig personeel en super locatie.

Is gedateerd maar verder deed het aan onze verwachtingen

Een fijn appartement van alle gemakken voorzien voor een kort of langer verblijf. Perfect gelegen aan de rand van de binnenstad met alle voorzieningen op loopafstand.

Gordijn op de slaapkamer was beschimmeld en er zat een grote scheur in. Keukenhanddoek was versleten. Verder was alles okay.

kamer is duidelijk aan vernieuwing toe spijtig was ook dat ze ons toch zestigers naar de derde verdieping lieten gaan zonder lift personeel was zeer vriendelijk en top ontbijt was zeer lekker
