The stay was very nice! Suites concept, spacious rooms with all the amenities and included a light continental breakfast too. The stuff at front desk was very friendly amd professional, and front desk agent, Martin, who helped us was great! Located just 5-6 min walk Angel de Independencia, 10 min walk to Parque Mexico y Parque Espania. Tucked between 3 nicest neighborhoods of Roma Norte, where this hotel is, Reforma and Condesa, which is very trendy with shops, bars and restaurants. Overall great experience!

Good rooms, nice views, just gets a little cold at night. No heaters, so be prepared. Other than that, would stay here again.

Me encantó, lo único que hay mucho ruido y se azotan las puertas. Es hotel, ideal para venir y salir de antro. Si vienes de vacaciones y tratas de descansar, no es ese lugar ideal.

Very clean; decent breakfast; helpful staff except for bad habit of hanging up on the phone if they didn’t speak English. Nice location except on big street with lots ofnoisy traffic all the time. Overall, very good value for relatively inexpensive hotel in that area. Would happily stay there again

Great staff

I stayed here for four nights in November 2025 and was very disappointed with the overall condition and service. The room I was checked into at 3 p.m. was not ready: no toilet paper, towels, or bath mat, and the floor was dusty with small metal pieces. After I reported it, the front desk staff was cold and only gave me one roll of toilet paper, saying towels would come the next day because the laundry was closed. The room was poorly maintained: dim lighting, one broken bedside light, a damaged toilet seat, paint-stained curtains, and no kitchenette as shown in the listing photos. Soundproofing was minimal, with hallway and street noise throughout the night, and the Wi-Fi was so slow that even Google Maps barely loaded. The worst part was when the hotel mistakenly deactivated my key and threw away my toiletries and unopened drinks a day before check-out, then denied any responsibility. The Roma Norte location is convenient, but given the price, misleading photos, and poor maintenance, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was perfect! Staff was excellent and very attentive. They were extremely helpful for anything that we asked. Location was great. Towels and bedding were fresh and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Arrived at the hotel got my key card went to room, it was dirty and not cleaned came back an hour later it was cleaned, didn’t receive water even though I asked , tv was all in Spanish when asked if they could change it the answer was no. In the description the hotel was sound proofed which it is not, and the building itself shook several times. The hotel was under construction, not mentioned anywhere on the site. And I booked a balcony room but was basically told too bad. Would not stay here ever again. Customer service was terrible

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The beds were rock hard, the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cheap scraps, and the bathroom had mold everywhere. On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Absolutely not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.
