El hotel está en una ubicación muy ruidosa, rechinaban con el aire las banderas, nos tocaron a las 12 de la noche y la recepción solo dijo: ha entrado mucha gente, vamos a revisar.

El establecimiento está muy bonito y limpio, el personal muy amable, súper recomendado

Un lugar bastante cómodo y céntrico para conocer Puebla.

Something I liked is that the hotel is close to the historic center but not very close that makes annoying the noise of church bells, car traffic and people early in the morning. Also, I like the breakfast in the morning, delicious food and very polite people.

Great value and nice room and good breakfast. We arrived on a Sunday so traditionally in Mexico that is a noisy nite…next nite was quiet….I recommend the hotel

Excelente amabilidad al hacer chek in. El personal del restaurant buffet son de primera! El cuarto es grande igual que las camas. No A/C pero hay un ventilador.
