The only decent things about this hole were the 2 guys for check in and check out. Dirty, sketchy, falling apart and absolutely not up to code. You would be better off sleeping in your vehicle. Don't let the neighborhood fool you this place belongs on skid row.

The photos of this place look a lot better than real life, we walked in and immediately knew we couldn’t stay the night here. There was flies buzzing and flying in the room, quite a few of them. It smelled like air fresher as if they’re covering up the smell, and furniture was old, chipped, and dirty. Lots of stains and damage around the baseboards, ac, and bathroom. The area was also kinda sketchy, it did not feel save at all. We checked in and checked out moments later, not the place to be and definitely not family friendly.

When we were there, much of the place was being used to film a documentary or something. Noise immediately outside my room till 2 in the morning, lights flashing, the parking taken up, most unpleasant if you want to relax. Probably an okay place when they aren’t filming, but apparently it’s used occasionally for that. I had no indication of that when we booked or when we checked in. Very highly do NOT recommend this place

Property is functional but in poor repair. Floor is sticky. All in all not terrible when you just need a place to sleep at night, but not great either.

Bed older and stiff, not too comfy

Reasonable price with a comfortable bed. The king suite has a jacuzzi tub which is a nice addition especially in a lower cost room. Hard to find that even in more expensive rooms. Air conditioning worked well and was in a quiet area with lots of restaurants, very close to aldershot go station (about 5 minutes.) Fridge and microwave in the room with coffee and tea in the check in/check out office. A bonus I didn't see when I booked is there looks to be a propane bbq with table and chairs for guests to use. Nothing fancy but would definitely stay again given the price.

I like staying at this property because it is in a convenient location for banks and stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, parking is plentiful, it’s great for dog owners to walk in a safe area, there are lots of food choices both take out and eat in restaurants within walking distance many are open later. There is a public library across the road that allows for out of town guests to use day passes for the computers/copiers. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Air conditioning and heat work well. Microwaves and fridges are clean and work well in any room I’ve ever stayed in. TV has plenty of stations. Wifi works well. The staff are always helpful and kind and the other guests are often friendly, helpful and respectful. Room rates are good and if you keep your expectations in check about getting what you pay for you will be pleasantly surprised by this property. I will stay again and would be happy staying for more than a couple of nights. Thank you Knight’s Inn.
