Great location, nice breakfast, clean bathrooms, gorgeous building

Friendly staff, fantastic location and great value!

Everything shakes when someone is walking. Even beds shake when someone takes a step. I had the upper bunk bed and it was so old and shaky and had no protection for not falling. Other guests were very rude and noisy. Otherwise the staff was nice and the facilities were very clean

Everything good, breakfast better than I expected given the price. Friendly staff. Only thing, not many sockets where to charge your phone.

Liked that I was put into similar aged travelers in there 20s and got great travel tips from the hostel workers

The property is absolutely beautiful in the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The bathroom and the rooms were clean and well taken care of. The kitchen staff was also very nice and accommodating.

Great location; beautiful building. I’d definitely stay here again.

Terrible olía feo el baño fuera habitación fatal

It is a great Hostel. It is located in Chiado, one of the best neighbors of Lisbon, close to 2 Metro Stations and Comboi Station. The hotel is clean and has a chicken where any guest can cook. Good breakfast is served every morning (it is included) qnd guys and girls who work there are very nice and friendly. I’d stay there again nect time I’ll to Lisbon

Nice staff.

Segunda vez que fiquei neste hostel e mais uma vez fiquei muito satisfeito. Ótima localização. Espaços comuns muito bons e um terraço com uma vista fantástica para o Tejo.

Easy check in, perfect room, and a delightful location. They even had a 10am walking tour which was really amazing to see Lisbon.

TRAVELERS BE AWARE OF BED BUGS!!!!. I started my one month vacation in Europe at this place and it was a rough start has I got bitten by their bed bugs

I was traveling alone. My hostel-mates were nice and friendly. I ended up spending a lot of time with them.

A LOT of old people. And most of the plumbing fixtures (toilets, showers, sinks) had some sort of issue. Are these two points related? Probably not. But if they are...MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON OUR SOULS

Good location, handy for the metro. Fabulous views from the roof terrace and quiet despite the location. Friendly, helpful staff. Air conditioning in our room didn't work though and the shower door was a bit wonky.

This hostel went beyond what i was expecting. Location is 5 min walk from an Aerobus stop, 4 min walk from a metro station, 3 min walk from the start of a couple free walking tours... and lots of bars and cafes and close clubs around but all within a block away so you don’t get the noise From it! It has hang-out areas, a full on kitchen, a terrasse and even a lift (old - i walked up 3 floors each time even with my luggage so i can’t comment but they offered it to me so it works) The included breakfast was one of the best. Cereals, fresh bread, tea, coffee, hot cocoa, cheese, meats, apples, oranges..,, and self serves all you can eat. Better than most 3* hotels I’ve a seen in North America! The staff was efficient and friendly at all the iMessage - the rooms ans bathrooms were clean and spacious. I can’t find one bad thing about this place dinner tried. I will stay here again when i visit Lisbon again.
