No air condition and elevator working . Not worth the amount asked.

Good stuff!

Booked a family room with sofa bed. Arrived to find sofa bed not open or made up and no towels for the children. The weather was about 34 degrees outside and the A/C was not working in the room. Staff clearly knew this was the case as there was a very poor old fan in the room. The doors to the toilet and bathroom did not shut properly. Then when we returned in the evening the hotel lobby smelled like a dirty mop bucket. Staff were friendly enough but aside from that this was the worst budget hotel I’ve stayed in in a long while.

Our fourth stop here. Gets better everytime. The staff on reception are very friendly and welcoming and also remembered us 😀 Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

There was a smell of sewage in my room and all round the hotel breakfast was ok

Everything was great except for a very strong and constant drains smell - from the reception downstairs to our bathroom. A real pity as this hotel deserves much more .

Hôtel en plein centre ville mais qui a l’âge de ses fondations. L’hôtel est en lien direct avec le tramway. Dès qu’il passe, de 5 heures à 1h du matin, les murs tremblent. La porte de la chambre, les murs, et les plafonds ne sont pas isolés phonétiquement. Dès qu’un occupant passe dans le couloir, ferme une porte où marche dans sa chambre, vous partager tous ses faits avec lui. Malgré un personnel agréable, une literie irréprochable et une chambre spacieuse, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.

The location is excellent. The bed was super soft. The only issue was the heater, which didn't seem to be working. We called reception, but no one picked up the phone. It was the end of the year so we were expected to find a few staff. But over all it was good.

It isuch an old building and very tired inside. The rooms need a refurb altho the bed was very comfortable. Ideal central location.

As part of a short tour along the Loire river, the staff were most informative, friendly and helpful. The location and facilities of Orleans made for a perfect choice.

Lovely hotel close to the ancient town and cathedral.

Very unique hotel. Very very nice bed. The best shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. Stayed an overnight - checked in late around 11:15 pm and left early the next morning. This is a very lovely town. Please note: parking is off site. You have to drop your luggage off and then drive to the parking and walk back about 12 minutes to the hotel.

This is a great hotel when visiting Orleans. Close to the station and the centre of town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good and a check out time of 12noon very civilised.

Chambre propre et confortable . Petit déjeuner horriblement cher pour la qualité servie . La fiche que l hôtel vous adresse afin de faciliter votre arrivée ne sert a rien et en plus les prix ne sont pas juste

La literie était très bien et c’est le seul côté positif que je retienne. Pour une nuit à 200€, nous n’avons pas été contents et on se demande pourquoi l’hôtel bénéficie de 4 étoiles . Nous allons toujours dans des 4 étoiles et passons environ 30 nuits/an à l’hôtel donc bonne expérience. L’hôtel est très bruyant ( les voisins de chambres, le tramway dans la rue, des bruits parasites dans le couloir) , bref, difficile de trouver le sommeil. La salle de bain est minuscule. En me séchant les cheveux , mes coudes heurtaient la paroi de douche ou le mur ! Le petit déjeuner se déroule dans une pièce trop petite où il est difficile de trouver une place et quand c’est le cas, c’est collé -serré avec les voisins. Les œufs brouillés ressemblent à de l’éponge … Le parking est loin de l’hôtel (7 mm à pied) et c’est pénible pour les bagages !
