Zeer mooi hotel,vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede kamer,lekker en gevarieerd eten. Aanrader om zeker in a la carte restaurant te gaan eten. Smiddags keuze uit buffet restaurant of snackbar aan het zwembad: lekkere caesarsalade en pasta met zeevruchten.

Overall this property was located in a great area if you are interested in walking to the souks and other local places. It was a short cab ride away to many other nightclubs and restaurants. Felt chaotic because you are in the heart of the locals but overall very safe. The hotel staff were nice, not overly hospitable like other destinations I’ve been to. The food was AMAZING, head chef Said provided a top authentic food experience. The downside to this property is nothing is open past midnight. For it to be an all inclusive there was nothing available as a late night snack, no room service and the premium alcohol package can only be added when you book (even though it wasn’t an option at checkout).

Great location and very relaxing hotel

First time visiting Morocco and we decided to stay here because of its amenities and location. Went in thinking we would regret not staying in a riad but we were quickly convinced we made the right decision. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food and drinks were good, and the staff are amazing — friendly, courteous, and extremely personable. They were truly the highlight of our stay, making us feel at home during our entire trip.

This is a nice all inclusive inside the Medina. The gardens were very well manicured and the cleanliness of the place shines though. All the staff are fantastic especially the poolside bartenders who are really good at their jobs. If I had to nitpick I would say that there is not a lot of choice when it comes to where to eat as there is really only the one restaurant where we are all 3 meals each day. The food does change by the meal and the theme of the night and there was not single thing I tried I did not like, overall great experience but a little variety would have gone a long way.

Very nice stay, the food is fantastic as well as the grounds. Our swim up room was great in the heat. Location very convenient to all sites. Unfortunately there is a sky bar attached to the hotel that can be loud at night until midnight. Light sleepers beware.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week with our two adult children’s and their partners. The staff were attentive and the food, drinks and rooms were of a great standard.

Overpriced for the service quality. 350$ / night for a tiny room They don’t even have room service, and hotel restaurant closes early .. So we used a food delivery app to order diner… but the hotel staff refused to deliver in the room…. Empty soap and shampoo bottles No room service Long old creepy corridors, we felt like in a hospital

Place it beautifully clean. The staff are so helpful. The grounds are really well looked after. Food and drinks are great. We could find no fault. Short walk to the souks xx

The location and all inclusive option is great to have since we stayed towards end of our trip and wanted some western food. The amenities were great. However, we found the massage option wasn't convenient because it was not inside the option but was outside in another spa. There were miscommunication with the spa and how to make payments so we had to sort it out. The experience could have been better. The hotel said we can charge our room but the outside spa requested us to pay at the spa which we didnt expect. We got nervous and wasn't sure what we can do since we need to get back to our hotel in order to make payment. But aside from that we had a good experience.

Lovely holiday… all staff are so happy and appear to enjoy there work - great food
