Very close to the beach. The unit is old, not a good place, honest review. You get the price you pay, but really they need to improve the place. The beach is so close though, that's the only good thing about the place.

En general mi estadía fue buena. Lo que más destaco es la vista de la habitación, realmente lo mejor de todo. Como punto a mejorar, las ventanas no se pueden abrir, por lo que no hay circulación de aire. La ubicación, es excelente, con acceso muy fácil a la playa. El gimnasio está completo y bien equipado. El área de la piscina no me resultó muy confortable: suele haber bastante ruido y las reposeras no son cómodas. El lobby algo antiguo y, debido a la gran cantidad de huéspedes, hay bastante control: se utiliza una pulsera todo el día para poder acceder a la piscina u otras áreas del hotel. En resumen, buena ubicación y vista, pero con detalles que podrían mejorar para una mejor experiencia .

It a pretty old property and the room was upgraded but poorly.

There is zero customer service. Check-in took an hour with one non English speaking working as the only employee seemingly in the whole place. Asked for a spare blanket and was told to contact who we booked with… zero stars the location is the only plus

First the valet parking overcrowded and messy due to lack of coordination. Later we knew that the building is managed by two different companies. Common areas are dirty and poorly designed. Rooms are the worst . Pictures in Expedia does not reflect the reality. They should be honest about what they are offering .

My husband and I stayed one night here. Pulling in was kinda crazy we waited 45mins to get to the front to the valet. When you first walk in it very pretty. The check in was kinda crazy it tells you go to the left to check in with the office in front of the elevators. But when we went to that office, they told us that we had to do the main check-in then we had to go to them. After we do that, we finally got up to the room. The room was outdated and needs some repairs and smelt like they just poured fabuloso all over the place it was very strong. The view was absolutely fantastic and the pool was large and very clean. The WiFi wouldn’t work and tv would go in out a lot. I have a lot of mixed emotions about the stay.

The pool was closed the whole time whixh really sucked.. no where to get coffee early in the morning except from a machine.

The Only good thing on the apartment was the view, But it was very hard to enjoy it because of the dirty windows. Bedroom was clean But everything in there was old , spotty, not maintained at all. The Bathroom on the other hand looked like it was from a horror movie - dry dirty sports, rusty, didn’t drain well… absolutely disgusting. There wasn’t anything close to the kitchen- just an old refrigerator and dirty, peeled counter top. If you call this “refurbished” , you need to rethink! Parking service was too slow because they have less people than the floors of the parking and you need to wait 20-30min before actually get your car… It is good if you stop for one night only and you are out the next morning.

Horrible, run down hotel , condominium whatever they want to call it. You have to wlak around with a chessy wristband because the place is a disaster

Our stay was good overall. Nice area and next to the beach. The room was clean and had a great bay view. Unfortunately I cannot give 5 stars. We received not one but two knocks on our door from cleaning before our check out time. I even heard one of them talking about how we have to check out but we were still sleeping. I like to use my full time at my rentals. Thank you

Only 1 running elevator. Long wait times. Long wait time for Velet to bring us our vehicle.

The only plus was the waterfront balcony, everything else was very old.

The property need to be remodeled, specially the bathroom. There is not a cooking kitchen in the room !!!.

Valet was very convenient and you didn’t have to pay. Views from room were exceptional.
