It was easy to found a little confuse the parking situation

Room was dirty.

Apartment was different than pictures. We received a code violation on our door. Office staff and management never respond when you contact them. And valet parking takes up to an hour sometimes to park leaving you out on the steet in an unsafe location.

Terrible !!! Nothing like the pictures.no cleaning !! Old construction. No answers de calls.the check in waiting line was 1 hour (just a person in the check in ) terrible experience

I had fun, the elevator were broken and they just have one person for check in so the line was long but they gave a restaurant inside it was practical and walkable , grocery store downstairs. And fast communication. I would go back.

Do not recommend this location due to false pictures in room reservations, it shows full kitchen with stove and fridge but only had a microwave and mini fridge, valet parking is unknowingly front entry drive is up in a hill, you dont have a front lobby to help you is a security desk and they are not related to the condos is a mess from valet parking to reception other customers were asking about the stove and fridge managers answered you need to contact the person or hotels.com to get this handled it was not their fault that we have been assing to worts room I ever stayed in florida.

Property was different than pictures advertised and AC didn’t work. When I attempted to speak with something they told me there was no one that could help me till the next day but within minutes the “head of new point” came to ask my guests that I informed were coming to just visit to leave. Overall horrible experience would not recommend if you’re looking for a good experience in Miami

This place is really terrible couldn't even get tissue had to buy it and on top of that I had to pay a resort fee what a waste of money will never go to this place

I liked almost everything except a long wait for parking.

The staff was very helpful as well respectful but the room did not have no AC or Heat in them at all.

The air conditioning was leaking on the floor all weekend, the blind for the sliding door was all ripped and bugs in the washroom climbing the wall on the right side of the shower. Couldn’t connect to wifi and television reception was spotty during the whole stay. Restaurant was excellent.

This place was gross. So sorry we spent the money to stay there.

Great location but horrible service they dont have a front desk, just security. I paid for an ocean view and they couldn't do anything about it. I don't recommend and beware.

Communication with staff was a challege and there is no access to front office after 5 pm which is absurd..unless one has a private phone there is no in room telephone to call anyone in an emergency and they are doubling charging me for my stay which is unacceptable

Loved this place: great location.

Stayed 3 nights, double and sofa bed. 10th floor with good bay view. Room keys had to be replaced twice before we could enter first time. Others seemed to have the same issue. Rooms not sound proof. Check-in was confusing as front-desk at the property services multiple companies it seems. Lobby and front access were often busy and chaotic. Bathroom needs refurbishment. Room floor seemed a bit sticky. Air con was good and beds were comfortable. Basic kitchenware was provided. Good fridge space. Pool included and beach access from there.

Property needs some updates. But overall we enjoyed our visit.
