We stayed at Kim Hoa Resort in Phu Quoc for 6 days and 5 nights. Overall, it was a pretty nice experience. The location is great—the beach is just in front of the hotel, so it’s very easy to access. The resort also has pools, which is a plus. Surprisingly, even though it was a holiday, the place wasn’t crowded, which made it more relaxing. The only downside during our stay was the weather—it rained almost the whole time, so we couldn’t really enjoy the beach as much as we wanted. But of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault. The staff were okay and accommodating, and the breakfast was decent. Most days it was a buffet, but on one day we had to order instead of buffet—still fine and satisfying. All in all, a comfortable and peaceful stay. Would recommend if you want a beachfront resort with a calm atmosphere.

Tôi có kỳ nghỉ 4 ngày ở đây, vị trí tiện lợi gần đường chính, sát biển, khuôn viên đẹp, tiếp tân nhiệt tình, buffet sáng đa dạng. Điểm trừ là: 1- phòng nhiều muỗi, trần toilet bị thấm (nhìn ghê ghê), không có két sắt như bảng nội thất chi tiết; 2- nhà hàng ở tầng trệt lấy phụ thu tết 30% mà không báo khách trước, gọi món lẩu cá thu 350k (chưa thuế) tưởng ăn cá tươi, ai dè nấu nguyên cái đầu khô cá thu, không có khoanh mình nào luôn! Khoản này thất vọng thiệt á! Mong resort cải thiện thêm.

Never come back for the second time, old rooms, slow water, clogged toilets, old elevators, staff attitude is very abusive to customers. Bad breakfast.

Bad breakfast service, monotonous. The bathroom does not have a razor, the water tank is dirty and the fishy smell of seafood is not cleaned

The hotel needs an upgrade. The room is not bright.

Giá cả phù hợp, nhân viên khách sạn phục vụ tốt và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Resort có cây cối xanh tươi tốt cảm giác yên bình thư thái. Chỉ có 1 nhược điểm nho nhỏ là phòng có muỗi (không nhiều) và bãi biển có nhiều rác. Nhìn chung, vẫn rất hài lòng. Thang điểm: 8/10.

The water is not hot, the room is not clean, the service is too poor, lunch and dinner are not served at hotels, 3-star hotels, but they say there are not enough staff + chefs

First of all, I would like to thank the Kim Hoa Resort staff for being friendly and enthusiastic to support my family during the last vacation! Starting from customer care staff via facebook to support dedicated room procedures. Next is the friendly driver of the resort to welcome our family from the airport to the hotel. On the way to the hotel, the driver shared general information about Phu Quoc. After that, there were 2 cute receptionists to assist with luggage while we were visiting and waiting for the check-in time. Back to the resort room, the excursion was quite tiring in the morning, so we had to take a break before taking a picture. The room is like a resort photo, clean and comfortable. Looking out from the room is the garden, creating a fresh and pleasant feeling. The breakfast at the resort is diverse, very comfortable, restaurant staff take care of food continuously and enthusiastically support guests when needed. Restaurant area overlooking the pool and the sea feels relaxed when eating, I really like! About the pool, I found it very convenient, divide many areas depending on the height, like my house using 0.8m area. Only the pool is small, about 3 children playing at the same time are tight. At the same time, the seats in the pool are few, my family and some other guests have to use chairs and dining tables to sit and leave towels. On the beach at the resort area, I feel that the turbid sea water may go away this season, the water is turbid, from the sandy beach to the sea, it is quite steep. Perhaps the terrain of this area is so, I don't like it very much on this point.

Good service. Breakfast breakfast normally. The coast is like no. (Pipelines around the resort are all discharged to the coast. The night of 3km is only seen 😭😭).

Nice view. Quite comfortable plus good customer service. One point to improve is to provide room location on booking. My room was on 2nd floor but I didn't get inform about that.

Resort near the sea, near the night market should travel very convenient. Double bed garden direction, the resort is renovating the dining room and swimming pool should be quite roar, may my parents to tour all day so the new evening on the resort did not affect much. Breakfast is not very good but many dishes. If you are thick near the center of the flower is ok choice
