If you want location and value, this is it. The staff is wonderful, but they are there until 2-3pm. Try to arrive before that. Otherwise your registration will be electronically. Breakfast is cheap, and not worth it. There is parking underground Plaza Mayor very inconvenient, but you pay 13E instead of 19E with hotel discount. Bathroom shower water drains out, careful you may fall

Really nice modern and clean no frills hotel. Don’t expect to be able to park anywhere near if you have lots of baggage! Great location. Right in the centre close to the cathedral. I had no issues with noise. Check in and out was straightforward. Would stay again.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. The amenities were very basic, which was fine. BUT the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we could feel the spring in the mattress. Needless to say, it was a very restless night and we woke up with a lot of pain.

I’ve written to you earlier. The hotel was hard to find, inaccessible by car, and the check in was with a offsite intercom. The rooms may have been fine, but we tried to cancel when we asked to hold up our passports to a camera. I want my money back Hotels.com!

Location, location, location. In the town centre, just metres away from the cathedral

Parking was about 300 mtr away but discounted for staying at this hotel. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the old town and a stones throw from the huge cathedral (listed as world heritage site) and other must see sights. We needed health forms printed off which was no problem at all, the staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and a lift services all floors. Would I stay here again? most certainly! Great bars and restaurants within easy walk of the hotel.

The hotel looks more like hostal, the rooms are small but comfortables. location is very well.
