It's a nice Hotel. But it is also a Spa & Resort, where local guests purchase "day passes" to gain access to it, which makes it crowded, bringing the level of the experience down. Beautiful settings though.

Very beautiful. No tourist just locals. A great way to recover after a long flight

Property is fantastic

Very enjoyable stay. A large variety was offered for both breakfast and lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious. Happy hour is a very special event with drinks and snacks provided. The spa was amazing as well as the selection of pools. There is plenty of loung chairs all over the property to enjoy. Very close to Fiumincino airport.

Grounds were remarkable, all areas were such a nice discovery and relaxing experience. Lunch was spectacular, dinner was OK, not as nice as lunch, expected a more relaxed casual meal vs the higher end menu. Complimentary spa service included was deceiving as it was just a to go packet do it your self mask left in the room, or a true “spa service”. Also property usage amenities were extra, which was a surprise since we were staying overnight. Bath samples were nice but not available for purchase online unfortunately. Staff was extremely accommodating and first class service all around.

Beautiful property. Lots of great pools, and saunas. Food was delicious. Room was perfect. Highly recommend. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What a lovely place to go! The spa was lovely!!! Our room was so beautiful. I loved the cocktail hour at the spa and the beautiful brunch and dinner. The water/baths and pool were sublime!

This was probably the worst hotel experience I have had. First the booking was for hotel and spa and I received a message saying I get a free spa service for two. When we went to check in, we were advised that in order to use any of the hotel grounds or pool it would be an additional 58Euros each. I have never had to pay to use a hotel's pool and refused to pay this ridiculous price. 2nd. The free spa service for 2 turned out to be a do it yourself face mask for 1 which I can purchase at any store. 3rd. There were ants crawling all over the mini coffee station in the room. 4th. One of the single beds in our room was short sheeted. (The mattress cover only went up half of the bed) This was supposed to be a luxury hotel and spa and it was nothing as advertised at all. Very disappointed!

This was one of the most incredible properties I have stayed at. I have been to spas and bath houses across the world. This was the best. Also, the rooms were very comfortable and staff extremly helpful

The spa area was not something that I would ever want to experience again. People basically having relations in plain site in the same areas where the joint water hot tubs are. I felt dirty after being exposed to this. Very disgusting

I booked this hotel Late after a delay with one of our cases arriving at the airport . I justified the cost on the basis we would both have spa access due to VIP status with Expedia . We were specifically told on late check in that we had no spa access and the spa face pack in the room was our spa extra . When we arrived after 11pm the door was part closed to reception. The man on the desk just gesticulated and then watched us struggle with cases that only just fit through the door that would only half open. Wry unwelcoming and then told we did not qualify for the free spa access for 2 that our VIP status had offered us on booking. Some checked out early and wasted £350 for a bed and nothing else . Air con/fan also very noisy in the room

Amazing experience.

Unfortunately we only stayed at this lovely place for one night. It is convenient to the Rome airport so a good place to spend the night before leaving for the USA. Or so I thought! A small taste of it wasn’t enough once we got there - it’s beautiful, unique and makes you fell refreshed. We will be back for a longer stay!

Fabulous stay, wonderful service, a very comfortable room, lovely aperitifo and gorgeous time in the baths. This was the perfect end to our trip to Italy.

Not easy to get to. Taxi around there always over charge. Even The hotel shuttle bus double charge us for the airport transfer.

Room service didn’t open till 5Pm, dining or drinks weren’t available till 6PM. Had to wear robes walking around the property. The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude! Was not given spa privileges even though my reservation said it came with spa privileges.

Lovely way to end our month in Italy, sitting around the pool, and enjoying the spa
