The hotel is very nice and you are on the middle of any store or restaurant You need every think is walking distance definitely this will be my hotel every time I visit Egypt

They did not let me in. They insisted that I have to pay cash AGAIN. !!!!!! They mentioned that they did not receive any money even though I paid in full and showed me the receipt.

There is no sense of dealing with customers They just want to collect money without real service Staff squabble in front of customers with obscene words

The best bit to this hotel is the pool. The WiFi and customer service at reception is non-existent.
