Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

BW needs to provide Hotels. com & other reservation services with their updated email address so BW can receive payment confirmation - you folks do wanr to get paid right? 45minute hassle was not what we bagained for after driving all day. Otherwise, stay was everything we expect from a BW stay. Enjoyed the upgrade on breakfast sausage.

The room and public areas were very clean. The reception clerk was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Easy access to gas stations, restaurants, and shopping. Wi-fi worked great!

Couldnt find the hair dryer

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Front desk personnel were all very friendly and accomodating.

Bed was soft and worn. Desk chair was ripped up. No water pressure in shower. Was very clean.

Room was nice and king-sized bed super! Wife enjoyed the jacuzzi, even if the jets weren’t working. Breakfast “nothing to write home about”.

Basically a tired, run down room with a view of the dumpster for the price of much nicer hotels.

Property was in the midst of renovations, a lot of debris in the hallways. Room was clean though.

They are currently remodeling this hotel so the updated bathroom was nice- but the rest of the room needs new carpet and paint and the mattress was way too soft and uncomfortable. We did not sleep well. The front desk kids were pretty condescending- and made us wait for 15 min before we got our keys. Even though they were giving keys to people who came in after us. Then they seemed annoyed when we asked for our key again. There was only one tiny trash can in the room. They didn’t have a trash can in the bathroom, which women need!!

The remodeling messed up our room assignment briefly, but the staff were helpful and everything else was fine.

Stay was good. Room was not ready when we arrived and there was garbage still behind toilet from previous visitors
