The location was great and the area was not busy like other parts of Ottawa. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms had all your essentials and then some: (Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, safe, USB-C/HDMI plugins.) Bed was comfy and you had 4 options for pillows. A solid stay overall, would recommend.

Room was nice, pillows were not. We asked for housekeeping while we were out for the day and never got it.

Clean, quiet room. Issues with key cards on arrival but staff found solution and fixed it by the morning.

The room was clean and quite large and I was actually given 2 queen beds when 1 was booked. The bathub was small. I was on the first floor and the hall was fairly noisy.

The hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff are great. The front desk staff were also very good, especially Sherry who helped us with some restaurant suggestions and was very friendly. The cafe for breakfast was also good for a medium sized meal. The care is open for dinner too but we did not try it this time. It’s an older hotel but it is in great shape and well maintained. EV. Charging lvl 2 is also good. Overall, a very good value hotel. Not high end but certainly clean and functional. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to Carlton University.

Yes all was great

Spacious room but the bathroom has a few flaws: the shower curtain didn't cover the whole space and the shower head was very low. There was also some missing thoughts like the coffee machine in the lobby only being available in the morning and having no tissues in the room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The mini fridge in our room was not working and they replaced it the next morning and provided vouchers for breakfast the next day in the restaurant on site. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
