Went to a concert next door so was great to walk to

Love it

Nice rooms, beds and staff. But not having the A/C on in the hallways made it feel musty and heavy.

Parking garage long distance and unsafe walk for disabled customers.

We wanted to go to pool area big turn down motor broke and large pool grey water. So upset took my bathing suit

Th didn’t work, water damage or mold on the ceiling, the toiletries they had for us were empty for some reason, and the lady who checked us in was unfriendly and playing on her phone half of the time

Front desk ladies were fantastic!!!!!

Everything is new, clean, neat. Staff are friendly & professional. Free parking attached (a bit of walking, so we dropped our luggage off at front door / desk 1st). TV only showed channels but we’re told there will be a new provider soon. Very comfortable room. ‘Bistro’ on main floor (didn’t use). Recommend.

There were no rooms and I have no place to stay. Horrible!

The hotel is a great place to stay. However we were overwhelmed by the amount of rude children AND their rude parents. Yelling screaming and general littering. That was from the parents hanging out in the lobby. The kids were running around with no parental control whatsoever (the parents were too busy yelling a screaming amongst each other to bother to parent the kids. They left bottles and other debris all over the lobby and were just plain jerks to the rest of the guests.

Room was clean,

Elevators weren’t working properly.

The room was very outdated. The carpet ripped. Stains on the carpet throughout the room. Stains on the wall and curtains. Paint chipped in the tub. Pool floor was brown.

Check in was smooth and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. My room didn’t have a blow dryer and I had to call 3 times before someone brought one to me. I had an appointment and was on a time schedule so this was not a good thing. The number to housekeeping directly was not being answered. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was good.

Hotel was great staff was kind and helpful. Nice and quiet not issues or problems.

I was a little disappointed the beds were very hard and uncomfortable the shower curtain had mold on it there was no trash bag in the can in the bathroom also they charged 15$ a night for parking but don’t mention the price until you question your bill. I ordered a coffee from the bistro and used my debit card for a 11$ purchase and it held 50$ on my account and I am still waiting for the refund

My stay 1000 Stars Jared and Chevy made sure accommodations was met. If courtyard Marriott don’t give these to a raise and they lose these two amazing workers I will never stay at this hotel THANK YOU CHEVY AND THANK YOU JARED YOU GUYS ROCK ON MANY MOONS
