The only negative about this property was the bed was a little stiff. Other than that the property was outstanding. Clean room, easy check in, flawless grounds, unlimited amenities, good food, and excellent customer service.

Amazing stay in the beautiful Rose Cottage. The property is situated on the outskirts of the estate, set within beautiful, private gardens - perfect to take advantage of the lovely hot tub. This was an amazing bonus!! The property was clean and well appointed. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break away, we can’t wait to return! X

The estate is well maintained and the location is good if you travel around Fife. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Although, the room was really outdated with old rug all over the floor and walls with desperate need of painting. Especially in the bathroom you couldn’t tell if the space was clean due to the flaky surface. Also WiFi didn’t reach our room. This place could be amazing with some minor investment. We would be happy to come back if a better maintain room would be offered to us.

Staff are lovely, and the grounds are fantastic for kids, although at night the paths are quite dark.

This place was fantastic! we had a three bedroom villa with a sauna and it was huge and very clean on arrival. everything you could need inside. We didn't use the facilities in the hotel so son idea what they were like but I would 100% recommend the villas.
