Properties in a convenience spot close to food and dairies

Close to town. Handy and convenient.

Toilet seat broken, wash basin stained and dirty, Ants all over lounge/kitchen floor, No desk area in living space, connections on wall suggested there had been one under TV. Room was spartan and basic. One small shelf for suitcase, very few surfaces to put your luggage etc on. Have stayed in the past, but not again.

Nice place and convenient

We had a modern well equipped room with easy parking in the centre of Mount Maunganui, in short walking distance of the coastline and Mauao summit path.

Was just ok. There was long hair in the “clean fridge” and we discovered no spare toilet paper at 11.30pm when we ran out. Close to Main Street, restaurants and shopping. Good off street car park.

Decent for the price, convenient to shops, bars, and restaurants.

Lovely management, clean, free parking and WiFi, lots of towels, great beds and bedding, not a luxury hotel but a very good option for those looking to spend a lot less than five star and be quite comfortable.

Used the bubble bath, was a bit unclean. Otherwise lovely staff

The owners were wonderful and were very accommodating. They provided a chair for me to use at the cricket free of charge and ensured that I had a great stay. Is a great location with shops and beach nearby, as well as the mount. Plenty of stuff to do over a couple of days there, will definitely stay again there if i come to Tauranga

Actually nothing wrong with accommodation. It was clean and roomy. Owners were both very friendly. My problem was that on both nights Friday and Saturday night I was woken around 2-3am by raucous individuals emptying out of the nearby pubs? I guess that's the downside of such a good Mount location. I'd stay again if mid week or winter.

The curtain wasn't big enough to cover the window so we had to try pin it over at night time so people couldn't look in and see us.
