The place was clean and the staff were very accommodating. Great location too. (restaurants and pub market)

Satisfied, before checking in can leave the suitcase and at an economical price the condition of the room is very pleasant, spacious, cold AC, the bathroom is okay, clean and the staff is okay.

I didn't get my breakfast when I booked for 4 nights. I am very disappointed. it said that I got breakfast. But when there the hotel clerk said my room without breakfast! Room with a window but a dark window blocked by a wall. Even though cheaper rooms are given bright windows. without any obstruction. I am very disappointed.

Quite tricky to find. Try to find Bayon Boutique instead of Bayon Shadow Villa. If you book a room with breakfast, make sure the receptionist give you a breakfast voucher. The rest was just ok.

We stay for 2 nights at Bayon Shadow Villa, room is great, staffs are very accommodating specially Kun, he is very concern about his customer's experience in their hotel. Recommended place to stay in Siem Reap. Great location also because it is 3-5mins walk tk Pubstreet & Night Market.

The location of the hotel is close to angkor night market and pub street. Service is okay it's just that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, the floor is dirty, the interior is dusty, the bathroom door has no lock, the TV has no picture, the AC is not cold enough. For a pretty good breakfast it's just not allowed to add drinks.

Very close to all the excitement in Siem Reap, PubStreet, Night Market, Muslim Zone just walk in 5 minutes. To All Who came to SR and just Need hotel for sleep Bayon Shadow Villa is the Great choice !!! Will comeback soon !!!

Because taking a room that is a free pick up from the airport, keep asking the hotel email to the Travel Agent admin, just try to email it 1 week before departure there is no reply until the D day so just buy an additional SIM Card to call the hotel

Good service staff, clean place, neat, recommend to book with breakfast. The problem is in the room. Must remove the shoes and set them on the front door shelves before entering the area. The room does not have a lift. Because there is another building to block But the room was clean. No smell of cigarettes, bathroom is wide, things are convenient, the level is ok.

I highly recommend this hotel. The place is near to night market and bars. And it is accessible. The pool was so awesome and enjoyed everything in the villa.

Very good service, friendly receptionist. And the room is very clean Like many except female employees are not sure if they are housewives. Last night, we returned home late. Ask us in Khmer language that Don't we go with the westerners? But we do not answer. We are Thai people, our home near the Cambodian border. We listened to some knowledge. But the sentence that he spoke to us, we understand the attitude of the housekeeper.

Location this hotel is close to Siem Reap Night Market. Who like the night life would love this location. Plenty of places to eat, and a Cambodian massage. Breakfast is okay for the price given, we get tea or coffee, omelette and bread. Rooms are clean, toilets is clean, tv and ac ok.

I strongly recommend Bayon Shadow Villa for everyone who will get a great stay in Siem Reap. The hotel staffs are very warm and friendly. They are also really good at English. I have an unforgettable experience here that the staff really help me to find my lost passport. Then, it was solved, I got back my passport because of their kind helping. The hotel room is clean, also their facilities. They also serve the guest with pick up airport and going to Angkor Wat sunrise tour if you want. Surely, I'm very satisfied with their service excellence.

Near to the town. 5 minutes walk to Night Market, Pub Street, Old Market. Tuk tuk is available outside the hotel (or just inform the reception that you need transportation, they will gladly help). Cleanliness still acceptable.

We just stay one night. We arrived at the hotel at 11.30 pm. The receptionist allow ask check in early without additional charge. But, when we want to go bed, the electricity run out for a moment. Anyway, we enjoy stay in bayon (shadow) villa.
