Clean room, great hotel overall. We loved the beds. Only negatives were a bin in our room wasn’t emptied before we arrived, and missed some washcloths in the bathroom.

Room, amenities and location very quiet

Put in a generator. I was here 15 minutes and the power went out for 18 hours. Night in the dark in my room. A multi billion dollar company Accor hasn’t got back up power on a large sight?

We had a little confusion when we booked in but the loveliest man - waiter - sorted it and made some calls. The room was spacious, clean and the most comfiest bed! Dinner in the restaurant was beautiful - so was wine! And dessert! Breakfast was great - the meals were quite large So definitely full. Gardens and area around was so beautiful - an events/ wedding venue- really lovely space and staff.

Our stay at Miramare Gardens was awesome ….the cafe with their amazing chefs and attentive but fun staff made our stay memorable! We would come back here definitely!

If you know where to walk there is a pristine waterfall a good pub too. But the venue also has a good bar and restaurant with excellent staff

Comfortable bed. Nice size TV. Shower was good. Nowhere to charge phones, no face washer. Noisy hallway, especially as guests returned late at night, waking me up several times.

First time staying at this hotel! The restaurant staff were fantastic! Friendly and welcoming not to mention the food and coffee was great. Late check ins were easy and information provided was also helpful and clearly noted.
