Good stay

No red flags here. Affordable, safe and clean. Decent breakfast too.

I would recommend this property to stay. First the location is very far from anything in the area. The staff hardly spoke english and was difficult to communicate with them. The room... dirty had cobwebs everywhere, bathroom was falling apart, the shower only trickled water plus didn't drain properly and when it did drain the entire room smelled like raw sewage!!! When i went to complain about the smell i got met with a person who didn'tor pretended not to speak english, which was very frustrating!! Not to mention the beds terrible! pillows felt like cheap dollar store items!! The only good thing was we didn't have to fight for parking!!!

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. It was a very hot weather weekend when we stayed there. It was the first weekend in June and my kids and I were very disappointed that the pool was not opened yet. I could've booked a less expensive hotel that did not have a pool.

Hôtel parfait pour un arrêt rapide mais sans plus. Nous l'avions pris pour pour les commodité de la cuisinette mais nous n'avons même pas réussit à faire bouillir de l'eau tellement ça ne chauffait pas, et le micro-ondes n'étais pas mieux que le poêle. Pour ce qui est de la propriété, nous avons du demander à faire laver le plancher puisqu'après seulement quelques pas, nous avions les pieds noir... Si je retourne dans le coin, ce ne serait certainement pas mon premier choix.

close to the downtown, quiet, clean. I got a second floor room, no elevator, have to carry the suitcase on. however, the rate is pretty good, and free parking and breakfast!

This property is well maintained, quiet and peaceful

The staff were friendly and efficient. The premises were tidy and in good, comfortable condition. Breakfast options were good and the pool was decent for use. Also, there was enough area outside for kids to play safely.

This property was clean, quiet and close to where we needed to be! We enjoyed our stay 💜 I did mention to the man there that I thought there should be a handrail by the stairs entering the pool! This to me is a safety issue. He said he was going to mention it to the manager.

Last minute family emergency trip to Kingston. Service was friendly, check-in/check-out quick. My room had 2 beds and a pull-out (in separate space), perfect for me, my wife, and 3 of our kids. Rooms were clean, cool, and had 2 fridges. Complimentary breakfast had boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, fruit, and coffee/tea. Definetely staying here again next time I’m in Kingston!

It was more remote than I usually like. However, the staff was very kind and welcoming. Room was very clean, linens were fresh.

Friendly, clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Just be aware it is not close to any restaurants if you are biking.

They changed the accommodation to another motel at will, not the accommodation I reserved. It was forced to change to a place where the grade was low and far away, and without regard to the customer's intention.

Great place to stay: very clean, good breakfast. The rooms of the second floor are renovated, you feel comfortable.
