First time staying here. Was born in Pearsall so it's refreshing to see such a small town with great upscale standards....

Convenient to good food and grocery store. Clean room. Ample breakfast.

Nice service rooms are very clean. Definitely one of my spots frequently stay but do they need to work on the landscaping would make this hotel real good

The hotel room had bed bugs. My mom got bit.

Our stay was awesome the rooms were clean,service was great,breakfast was good, area was great have no complaints we have stayed on other hotels in Pearsall so far this is the best,I will definitely recommend it everyone. Best customer service.

Not a friendly check in, Once we got to our floor we noticed room # was not noted. Bathtub was so dirty looking and, there was no water pressure. Indoor water sprinklers were dangling from the ceiling. No do not recommend this place

Pool was full of algae, front desk didnt realize pool was green

The towels and sheets are dingy looking. ( not white) Shower didnt work had to change rooms. Ice machines didnt work. Dryer didnt work, no soap in the rooms, went to ask for some. She couldnt give it to me . The supply closet was locked. Tub was dirty,, there wasnt anyone at the front desk. Had to call a different number. .the floor near the AC and bed was wet .does feel homie. More like abandoned building. Shower faucets need fixing. There was wirers hanging out in some area.

Upon arrival, the room was extremely hot and humid. The hotel bed sheets had stains, and some of the staff members were rude. I requested a room change because the first room leaked into the ceiling, and the door wouldn't lock. I had to wait until the next day for a room change. Everything was old and in bad condition. The only reason why I decided to stay was that before it was a Hilton hotel, and I had a really good experience with the breakfast and the pool. However, now the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, and the pool wasn't open for the guests.

Good room at a good price. Just needed a place to stay for the night. It was clean and comfortable.

I called to confirm a request for a early check-in. It was confirmed that a room would be ready for me. When I checked in they informed me I would have to wait 4 or 5 hours for a room to be cleaned. My stay was only going to be for 7 hours so this wouldn’t work for my needs and was not what I was promised.

Good room for a good nights sleep

The property is fine, good location.

Customer service was not good. They didn’t answer the lobby phone, no where to be found.

The toilet was clogged and not working and the shower was rusted from it having a leaking faucet. There was no towels and the room just smelled dirty.

To start off there was no hot water for the night. I had to go to the clerk to check that out and she moved me to another room and still no hot water. The ac stopped in the middle of the night and didn’t work after that. The pillows were too thin your head would sink into the bed making it feel that you didn’t even had a pillow. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel I would have gotten to the Quinta that’s right across the highway if I knew how bad the conditions in this hotel was. Not even the toilet worked. Terrible experience.
