The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is spacious, the view is super nice. The location of the hotel is very strategic.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly & very helpful, the refrigerator in the room was broken and replaced immediately, the room is clean & comfortable, there is also a safety box, the check in & check out process is also easy, no long wait, there is also a bicycle rental at the hotel, for hotel parking is on the B2 floor, for breakfast there are many types of eastern & western, there are also delicious flavors & breakfast is next to the swimming pool, the hotel is strategically located near restaurants, mini markets, gas stations, stations, Mangkunegaran Palace, Triwindu antique market. ☺️👍

Overall it was very pleasant to stay at Aston Hotel Solo. We happened to be late checking in at dawn, but the service was very good so we could immediately rest. The housekeeping service was also fast responsive when we asked for a cooler in our room that wasn't working by immediately replacing it. Likewise when the safe deposit box was locked, the officer immediately came to help. However, there was something that was a bit annoying, namely the shower water flow was not strong, so it was a little less satisfying when taking a shower. Is it possible that this is because our room is on the top floor, so the water flow is not strong enough? Hopefully this can be used as input and improvement so as to increase the comfort of staying at Aston Hotel Solo. Thank you

Every time I go to Solo, I definitely stay here. I always book a triple bed because I bring 2 children When checking in, the staff always gives the children balloons 😁 Super friendly & helpful everyone! The parking area is also spacious & there is security who is always ready to help with parking The room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Never had any problems every time I stayed Breakfast is always requested to be delivered to the room & everything is according to order. The food is delicious”, all can be eaten 😁 Thank you Aston Solo!
