Easy to go anywhere because it is in the center of Solo city.

Check-in was fast and even early check-in was possible. I requested a 12:00 check-in and it was ready. Check-out was also quick and didn't take long. The room was clean, the central AC was very cold, and the bathroom was also clean. I happened to choose a superior triple (family) room, which was still roomy and comfortable for five people. The location is very strategic, in the city center, just a few steps from Jalan Slamet Riadi. Jogging in the afternoon or morning is very possible, as there is a dedicated path so it's safe. Breakfast was excellent, complete and with a wide variety of choices, definitely delicious and up to Aston standards. And it's cheap, only 95K for adults and 50K for children if there is an additional breakfast. In other 4-star hotels, the average additional fee is above 100K. It's perfect for a family staycation, with a clean swimming pool for both children and adults. There's also an indoor and outdoor playground. There's also a fairly well-equipped mini gym. I give the service a 9 out of 10: polite, friendly, and helpful. Regarding security, there's no doubt. Access from the basement to the room elevator is guarded 24/7 by security, and not everyone is allowed access. The room card also functions as elevator access, so not everyone can access the elevator. Sometimes in some hotels I've stayed at, it doesn't work, even though they are both 4-star hotels. So, if I go to Solo again, Aston will probably be my first choice for an overnight stay. Best of luck Aston, thank you.

The only thing that's not good is the location is a bit cramped because you can't turn directly to Salamet Riyadi. The sound between rooms is poor, the sound of people laughing in the next room can be heard very well. The rest of this hotel is very OK

Great location, varied and delicious breakfast. Kids-friendly, with a playground. Shared location with the swimming pool.

The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel is clean.

No cable or local channels available. Fridge not working. No AC in the hallway at 7th floor, it's hot like an oven. Not worth the price tag. Will not be back.

The place is clean, spacious, and the service is really good, and most importantly, it is recommended every time you go to Solo.

Overall, it's okay, clean, and strategically located, but the activity options are limited. The gym is very minimalist, but the equipment could be updated and expanded. There's no shower or closet area, which often causes puddles.

I'm a regular here, and it's always satisfying. The staff, the food, everything is recommended. It's all great!

The hotel staff were all friendly. The room and bathroom were clean. Unfortunately, they didn't provide proper laundry bags, just regular plastic ones. Perhaps they could be replaced in the future. This room type is perfect for a family of four.

The hotel staff allowed early check-in before 2:00 PM, as we went straight to the hotel upon arriving in Solo via train from Yogyakarta. The hotel was comfortable, as is the standard Aston Hotel standard. Unfortunately, we didn't find complimentary drinks and yogurt at breakfast, as is typical at other Aston hotels.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room wasn't very clean, with ants on the table and even on the bed. The room wasn't soundproof, and noise from next door was audible, especially from the hallway. The food was also mediocre, even the rice was hard. The location is good, close to everything, but parking is a bit tricky.
