ROOM WAS CLEAN, EXCELLENT LOCATION, PERFECT PARKING. LOVED THE ROOM.

Rooms in poor conditions. Lack of proper upkeep. Disappointing because I used to stay here very often.

This used to be one of my favorite hotels but not anymore. On this last stay we had to change rooms twice. The third and final room was still unsatisfactory. First room had strong smell of disinfectant, second room toilet did not work, third room ac did not work.

Breakfast was not worth eating, seemed like it was left overs from the day before. Eggs were like rubber, pancakes were the same. shade in room was broken letting in light from outside in during nighttime which did not allow you to get a full night sleep. A/C was old and barely worked. Hotel may be next to ocean but all stores and any businesses are closed or boarded up near hotel. had to travel just to get something to eat. Not a friendly area for tourists or business travel. We ended up leaving halfway though our trip.

The breakfast menu was fresh and the staff were friendly. Parking was also safe and easy.

Everything was great. Great breakfast, nice pool, friendly staff, well located right of the malecon

Staff is friendly, our room was spacious. Breakfast was good not much varieties but good.

Reasturant meal was terrible none of our party finished the cardboard pizzas

clean room and close to the boulvard where my son likes to go in the evenings.

Convenient location, walkable to the seaside where there is lots of food options.

My room had just gotten new carpent and new tiles in the bathroom.

Good location, easy check-in and check out. Per friendly but fee was not welcome and the pet friendly rooms need some TLC.

The hotel was nice but was unable to use the pool during our stay.
