Room size was good, breakfast was good, Japanese buffet. Hotel dated but clean, service was good.

This is a superb hotel. Very well run, friendly and spacious. I stayed for two days in order to visit nearby temples. I will definitely come back. The breakfast is excellent also.

Very comfortable good sized, well appointed room in an upmarket hotel. Comfortable arm chairs, view across the city and full sized bath. We stayed for 3 nights using it as a base for the surrounding area. Free parking right at the hotel. Central place to stay - we had a car and only a few minutes to restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. Didn't eat at the hotel - bought food from the nearby Aeon Mart or nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again if in this city.

The space is quite large, clean, and tidy. The service is attentive, and there is an attached flat parking lot, which is very convenient.

施設はとても清潔で部屋の広さもあり快適です。 スタッフの方も皆さん親切でとても好印象でした。 今回は乳幼児連れだったので電子レンジ、ベットガードなどあるとより助かると思いました。 また一関へ行った際は利用させて頂きます。 ありがとうございました。

完璧でした。

渋谷っていうスタッフが老齢の母に小馬鹿にしたような対応をしたらしいです。部屋で愚痴られました。私はその方と関わってないので分かりませんが、他のスタッフさんは普通に親切でした。

清潔で素晴らしいホテルでした。長旅の途中でしたが快適に過ごせました。
