Todo perfecto, las instalaciones muy limpias y bonitas, habitaciones amplias

Todo estuvo bien y se sintió siempre un servicio de calidad... el internet es bueno y rápido, el desayuno incluido está bastante bien e incluso nos regalaron algo de hielo para un termo. El unico detalle que fue incomodo es que el inodoro estaba algo tapado desde que entramos a la habitación, al jalarlo bajaba muy lento y por eso mejor usamos el del lobby para que no quedara sucio mientras dormiamos.

desde la recepcion hasta la habitacion esta muy bien. cuenta con alberca, gimnasio, estacionamiento. no tengo ninguna queja.

Excelente hotel, las camas deliciosas, buena atención, habitaciones limpias, solo un detalle tardaron un poco en activarnos el aire acondicionado y sufrimos de calor como 40 minutos esperando a que enfriara y llamamos a recepción y fue que llegó un técnico a decirnos que no habían encendido esa parte del hotel

Minus the construction on the roads, access to the hotel was a cinch. Check in was a breeze and the staff was great. Most of them spoke English which was a pleasant surprise.

Our stay was good and confortable. It would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle to and from key spots considering the other similar hotels in the area offer a shuttle service.

Easy and fast check in.

I brought my full family to this hotel due to a course I had to take in Ciudad del Carmen, breakfast was never served on time, I had to leave without eating to the training making my experience uncomfortable. Some employeed were nice but some werent at all, our floor corridors were dirty the 3 days we were at the hotel with the same garbage from the first day. My parents room was never cleaned during 3 days in a row.

Está muy bien el servicio y la atencion del personal de recepcion y de cocina. Solo que les fallan los detalles al servicio de limpieza nen la habitacion. En ocasiones te dejan el lavabo sin asear, o el aseo no se realiza por falta de personal, o no te dejan las toallas del baño y hay que pedirlas continuamente. Aunque te atienden pero pues hay que estar llamando seguido.
