The hotel is centrally located so surrounded by beautiful buildings, restaurants, shops & market. The staff were friendly & helpful, especially reception. Breakfast could be taken outside on the terrace & there was a great selection to choose. Would stay here again. Great value for location.

The property was in a prime location, steps from Piazza Erbe. The staff was increasingly, friendly and eager to help. Felt warm and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Loved the balcony overlooking the Piazza. Nothing negative to say, incredible hotel, beautiful location can’t wait to visit again!

This was a wonderful place to stay next to the piazza. Their shopping in every direction and that the hotel was rather peaceful in the middle of it. Too many restaurants to choose from which was wonderful. This is a good place to stay in verona.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aurora. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore nearby tourist attractions. I highly recommend it!

Staff and property excellent

I have selected this hotel primarily because of the location, which was as central as one can imagine. All sights were within 10 min walk. Dozens of restaurants (of all price ranges) within 5 min walk. But after 10 pm everything was getting very quiet - no noise, nothing. But what was also superb was the staff. Everybody was going out of their way to help you. When they realized that I will most likely get lost with directions to the nearest parking garage (which in Italy is very easy), the porter jumped on his electric scooter, extricated me from a dead end street, led me to the garage, explained how to use the payment system and how to get back to the hotel on foot. Very good breakfast, with everything prepared right there and then. Any question answered and any request was done immediately and with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is superb right on the piazza. The hotel is a littled tired but comfortable .Staff were friendly and helpful.

Reception staff 2 ladies could not be more pleasant and helpful, but the hotel not what we expected very dated, breakfast not good and if you are going to do it do it right! The hotel needs a big overhaul because location is perfect.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the centre of Verona everything within walking distance to all sights. The staff were so helpful from organising itineraries, recommendations and buses/taxis. The breakfast was lovely and simple each morning too.

The staff was amazing. I cannot say enough how courteous and helpful, professional they are. The breakfasts were fantastic, they had everything, eggs, all types of ham and cheeses. All kinds of breads, cakes, fruits. Anything you can think of the had.
