There was roaches in our room #215. So we checked out and left. I am requesting a refund for the room.

Thank you for the warm hospitality and friendly staff. My family and I were very happy with the service that was provided. The room was very clean. The front desk staff was very attentive and friendly.

Very quiet, great heating, large bathroom, great kitchen with everything I needed.

The room wasn’t as clean as it could be and the bath tub was dirty. No one swept the floors in the kitchen area

The staff called only moments before I was set to check in saying they had no rooms left even after I had a reservation confirmation. Terrible service and a horrible experience.

Cofffe machine not working 2 days but could brew coffee in room. Bottle water in room would be nice. Note; this is an extended stay property so no breakfast. You can purchase items for a charge. Close to shopping and restaurants.

they have a little shelter and food for a kitty on the property I absolutely love this!! The only drawback was that I was expecting a breakfast but they do have items you can buy just no breakfast area. For the price it is nice staff is amazing and no real complaints.
