Forced to pay for parking each night even though you already paid to stay there is a scam. Shower water pools and doesnt drain, hottub didnt work

Staff saved my ass! Couldn’t have gotten to Wise Guys comedy on time with out her help 😊!

The property was very comfortable.

Arrived late and wanted to go straight to bed but unfortunately the electric blind didn’t work. Staff tried to assist but blind detached and fell down. Had no other rooms to move to. Very disappointed. Was told the manager would get in touch but never heard anything. Poor.

So clean and comfortable, the staff were great and the breakfast was super yummy.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a small kitchen area which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary breakfast had a solid variety of options. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, which made it easy to relax and get rest. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Salt Lake City!

Loved the room and the staff was great. Excellent experience. The only thing I would change is I'd put some umbrellas by the pool. There was no relief from the sun.
