The hotel staff is quite friendly, the room conditions are clean.

Room Although it is non smoking room, it was a bit stuffy/smoke smell. Hot water, either not marked properly / not working properly due hardly can feel the hot water. Main lobby under renovation, the reception located at temporary station handled customer very well.

Ok in the room and service, everywhere is close, fun.

Everytime I'm in Batam, I stayed at BCH. Only recently seem the rooms get booked well in advance.

I requested 1 bed with balcony. I was given a twin bed with no balcony. The receptionist was curt and always interrupted the guest's conversation.

I would not stay in yhis hotel again, Corridors are used as as their store rooms like a dirty warehouse. The deco is tired. Carpet is absolutely filthy. Staff was arrogant and ignorant. Food was not very nice apart from papaya. Nothing is worth remembering.

Always order rooms from Treveloka which are executive rooms, but are always given something like a normal room which is cramped and the breakfast doesn't taste good.
