Just perfect.

Little confusion about parking but super friendly staff. Best hotel we stayed in all of Finland

Everyone was very helpful and polite.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Turku with easy access to busses and taxes. Shops and other services were within walking distance. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast in the pleasant restaurant was amazing with plenty to choose from. The room was very tidy and pleasant with coffee making facilities and mini bar. Excellent bed and nice bathroom with good shower. Staff everywhere very helpful. We had a great stay!

Just fantastic - such a stylish hotel, and brilliantly located with great views, and really great value for money two special shout-outs: we traveled with our dog, and the room was set up especially for him, with a little goodie bag - what a nice touch! staff in restaurant Mas were super kind, and accommodating - greatly appreciated

A very nice comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great shower. The rooftop bar in the evening is a romantic spot to sit and enjoy the views with an excellent cocktail. We had an early train to catch. So they arranged a tax for us and had a free takeaway breakfast for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel.

We had an amazing trip. This was our first night in Finland and the staff and hotel were fantastic. The breakfast was amazing and got us. Fired up for our day highly recommend.

Right next to the central train station and conveniently located in the heart of Helsinki. The hotel itself is upscale, clean, modern and cozy. Nice rooms with true king size, comfortable bed with down blankets. Would definitely stay again.

Above and beyond what I was expecting! I was there years ago and the transformation was stunning

Thoughtfully designed hotel. Quite large so a bit of a convention center vibe but the rooms were spacious, the reception area light and airy and there were lots of details like heated bathroom floors and automatic nightlight in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrific with too many options! Dinner however was a bit disappointing both in menu selection and the fact that they were seriously understaffed. This is a problem everywhere I suppose. Very good value for the money

Modern, fresh and clean hotel with a great breakfast. Our stay was almost perfect. My only feedback is that the rooms should include hair conditioner and body cream in addition to shampoo and soap in their amenities.

Frontdesk service was friendly and the hotel newish and renovated with style. However for a 4-star hotel there are very little complimentary items or even essentials (no body lotion, no conditioner, no slippers etc). Cleanliness was questionable as well, my bin wasn't emptied at all for two days and towels were just thrown at a chair next to the door rather than placed in the bathroom. Carpet was full of hair and dust.

Very good location, great breakfast, though there weren't many amenities provided by the hotel, no toothbrush, no room slippers, no shavers, wasn't asking much but the amount paid to stay for 4 days there, didn't really justify with the service rendered by the staff attended to us at the reception, she behaved and sounded rather condescending upon checking in, and after travelled from the train and walking just to get to the hotel, the unfriendly attitude wasn't really expected from the reception, but generally, every other staff that I have encountered in the hotel such as waitress and servers from the hotel restaurants or the room service attendant or room making staff were all very nice and humble...

Cool new hotel in the centre of the city ,

Stayed for 3 nights whilst in Turku for a wedding. Incredible hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless, very clean, all the requirements you need. Will be staying here again when I next visit Turku
