The back sliding door to parking lot lock unsafe, door to next room wabbly and cracks, carpet torned and dirty. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they were booked. We didn't stay.

Close to the downtown area and was very convenient with a good restaurant and bar

fantastic experience, great service, and a beautiful hotel!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 9am and check in time is at 3pm. The front desk person tried twice to provide us with an early check in, but there just weren’t any rooms ready. So we went exploring the city and came back at a normal check in time when a room would be ready. The issue came when there was no not water for a morning shower - then about 10 minutes into the shower, there was no more water. The water pressure was having trouble reaching the 4th floor. I ended up taking a short cold shower and the rest of my family went without taking a shower at all. To the staff’s credit, they did offer to allow the family to use the spa showers on the first floor if they needed to. Again…very friendly staff; it was just unfortunate that their plumbing was having issues.

A little bit further from mid-downtown then I thought. Pool was pleasant but small and could not access without going outside.
