Resulta engañoso el resultado de la búsqueda en los sitios de alquiler y la publicación respecto de la cochera, ya que cuando uno selecciona un alojamiento con conchera aparece este lugar. Pero una vez allí te informan que la cochera no es propia y por tanto no está incluida en el precio, cuyo valor inclusive es muy alto.

Reception and breakfast staff are friendly. The decor is a bit old but it's functional and for the price, it's worth it. I felt comfortable and safe in that area. A 10 minute walk to the Cordoba metro station.

I really liked the location, staff was really nice and the complementary breakfast was delicious. My only problem was that wifi was not working in my room and I couldn't use internet while I stayed there. This was really frustrating, but other than that I found the place to be really good.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on line. The room was in poor condition. The sheets were gray on color, Stains on the walls and furniture and mold in the bathroom. The sliding glass door is old so your get a lot of street and bar noise. I would not advise staying here

Check in was confusing and slow, the room door did not have a number on it (and I was expected to guess which room was mine) and the only plug I could use was in the bathroom. From 8am there was building work in the floor above and the walls and ceiling were very thin and I could hear the TV and conversations of other guests. I ended up checking out a day early to avoid this tedious place.

Very nice rooms, we had a two bedroom apartment which was clean and very comfortable.

Apartment style kitchen in the hotel room makes it affordable! Not so nice: no breakfast hall. Instead, room service delivers orange juice and croissants to your room at 9am...

Decent apartments on a main avenue in BsAs Almagro district. Quite a long walk from Palermo but a bus or a taxi is an option. The apartment was pretty clean (apart from the balcony that hadn't been cleaned for a long-long time) but it appeared a bit different than in the photos (no couch, just a table with two chairs) and despite being at the back of the building it was amazingly noisy. I got unwell and had to stay in for a big part of the day and there was constant banging from upstairs, running and occasionally a dog barking. This carried on until well after midnight. Thankfully we were there for just three nights. The entrance to the building is really small and very uncomfortable to do the check-in, check-out. However and if you are lucky enough not to get nasty neighbours it may be a decent option.

The apartments are located in a residential block (for short let's usually) whose 1st floor is occupied by a dental clinic. Our room was a studio facing the rear of the building and not the busy avenida Cordoba where the building is located. Although one would expect it would be a quiet place, we found that it was really noisy as there was constant banging, running and occasional barking coming from the flat upstairs. It was particularly bad as I got food poisoning and had to spend many hours inside during the day. Unfortunately the noise carried on until after midnight. Apart from that, the towels and the bed linen where clean bad had an unpleasant odour and the bathroom was quite aged. We also knew when the neighbours would flush their toilets as we could really hear it in our studio. So the flats there have no insulation whatsoever. The balcony had not been cleaned for ages and apart from the bed there was no couch in the studio as in many of the photos but just a table with two chairs. We didn't use the gym or the top terrace. The little kitchen is useful if you need to cook or prepare breakfast. Really small entrance to the block.

It is a good option. Close to Palermo Soho. There are good restaurants very close.

Os funcionários do hotel foram muito atenciosos, desde a recepção até o café da manhã, foi tudo muito bom

Estadia excelente, quarto limpo nos dois dias de hospedagem, recepção 24:00, cheguei tarde do aeroporto e não precisei me preocupar com o check in. Vou retornar com certeza caso encontre uma tarifa boa na próxima viagem.
