Friendly staff, close to public transport, excellent breakfast.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Our double room turned out to be a huge apartment with plenty of space and even its own washer! The staff here is so helpful and kind. They helped us figure our way around and even had tram tickets for sale so we didn't have to stress about it while we figured out the app and what we wanted to get for the rest of the trip. The buffet breakfast is super and highly recommend getting it added on. We also ended up having dinner here three nights out of the five that we stayed because it worked out better for our plans and was also delicious. While the hotel is in area that may seem a bit out of the way, there is a tram stop right across the street, an Aldi's about a ten minute walk away to get whatever you want and several restaurants and cafes within a 20 minute walk. Again, the helpfulness of the staff, the nice sized rooms and the food will definitely have us staying here if we are back versus any of the more "typical" chain hotels in the central area.

If you want to be right in the bright lights of Berlin this is not the place for you. If you want a bit of peace and quiet but with good access to the city this is ideal. The hotel is within a water sport complex and the initial impression might be a bit off putting. However once you walk through the door it is very different. Reception is by the front door and from there you can see right through the breakfast room to the river beyond. Free parking is available on the site There is also a garden terrace by the river where many guests took breakfast. The room was of the highest quality with everything we needed. We had a river view from the room. Once we parked up at the hotel we did not use the car again until we left five days later. There is a tram route to Koepenick and Friedrichshagen on the main road outside which gives access to S-Bahn services to the centre of Berlin. The hotel sells single and day tickets for all public transport in the Berlin area. The hotel does not serve evening meals but there are several restaurants in both Koepenick and Friedrichshagen which are very good. We particularly liked the Ratskeller in Koepenick.

Easy to reach suburb location, spacious room, nice bathroom - very clean. Very good breakfast, breakfast room with river view.

Helpful with some friendly and some not so friendly staff, wonderful free breakfast (breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, eggs, yogurt, pastries, cereals, juice, fruit, coffee). Not the easiest place to find if you don’t have a GPS. There is only a large Hotel sign on the road (no hotel name, just says Hotel!) mixed in with stores and a boat yard. Reception is in one building, rooms are across the parking lot in another building that is not marked. Would not recommend if you want a normal style hotel, worked fine for us. Room was small but efficient, as in it had everything we needed but in a small footprint. Bathroom small also but again efficient, medium size vanity, sand up shower. TV has a handful of English channels, BBC, CNN, etc. Wifi can be intermittent. One thing that bothered me was when checking in I gave them my passport (normal in Europe) after copying it (which was fine), the check in lady starts flipping through the visa pages looking for something – this I did not care for. Last I knew I was at a hotel not an immigration check point. She did not need to know where I have travelled to or if I had the correct entrance stamp to the EU.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, der Ausblick auf die Spree und den Yachthafen ist toll. Das Frühstück war lecker und vegane Alternativen hat es auch gegeben. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Praktisch war auch, dass man direkt vor Ort zu einem Pauschalpreis das Auto laden konnte.

Ich habe es genossen, vorallem das freundliche Personal und die erfrischende, unkomplizierte Art.

Unschön das mit Wellness geworben wird - dieser aber nicht zum Hotel gehört sondern zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss.

Sehr Ruhige Lage direkt an der Müggelspree. Sehr nette Eigentümer/Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Alles sauber.

Super Frühstück, schöne Lage am Wasser

Hotellet erbjöd en fantastiskt frukostbuffé. Lägenheten hade en mysig uteplats och personalen var hjälpsamma.

Das Hotel habe ich gewählt wegen dem Wellness Angebot: dieses war nicht im Hotel sondern bei externen Anbieter (auch wenn direkt neben Hotel) und kostenpflichtig. Also bietet das Hotel kein Wellness an. Zimmer und Bett wird wohl nur alle zwei Tage gemacht. Für Zimmer zur Spreeseite hat's nicht gereicht, meines ging zum Parkplatz und Straße.

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort. Unser Zimmer hatte eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Müggelspree. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Am Nachmittag genossen wir den Biergarten.

Es wurde sich viel Mühe gegeben, aber im Vergleich zu ganz vielen anderen zu wenig…… Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe und beim Frühstück ist man auch null flexibel….
