Business trip to Bogor, definitely choose this, the breakfast has many choices and is delicious

one drawback is never getting a safe that works

overall it is very good, just a suggestion; for the sound insulation from the room window it needs to be evaluated again considering the hotel is next to a 24 hour vehicle mobility highway. thank you

The hotel staff provided good service. The rooms were clean. The food was pretty good.

The room is not soundproof, there is no tea, coffee & sugar, only one toothbrush is given, the sheets & towels are already brown, aka dirty and should have been replaced, the food is all salty, from soto, sweet and sour sauce, fried vermicelli & fried tempeh, it's actually delicious but it's just salty...thank you

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed here, still okay and satisfied.

Please make improvements, Amaris. 1. The front desk staff is slow, and they've only been here for two months without any support from their seniors, making them incredibly slow and annoying. They weren't given the Wi-Fi password, and the room they were given had a rumbling AC. The AC needs to be fixed. 2. Room amenities must be requested; if they're not requested, they won't be given them. 3. When someone checked in and wanted to use the elevator to get to their room, an employee wanted to throw out their trash and put it in the elevator with a customer. They showed no respect whatsoever, putting them in the same place as the garbage elevator. 4. The breakfast menu had little variety, unlike at Amaris Padjajaran. 5. The AC needs to be repaired or replaced to stop the noise. 6. There's more food at the Amaris Padjajaran branch, but there's not much here. 7. The hospitality was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent, but the rest wasn't so great, especially since the front office has only been around for two months. The service, no, from the start it was not good, even though every time I go to Jogja, Surabaya, Bali I always stay at Amaris and this is the first time I've found something really bad at Amaris, please improve Amaris so that its service doesn't go down because I'm a regular at Amaris.

Check in and check out are fast, the rooms are adequate but the room amenities are limited, you have to contact the staff via WhatsApp which takes time, room service is also very time consuming besides some of the staff need to be more agile in their actions.. for culinary access around the hotel, it is very diverse.. just walk

It was a pleasant stay in Amaris Bogor, the room is clean and cozy.

for the service, the place, the champion. but on the blanket is really dirty, there are blood stains😭

The hotel is actually comfortable, strategic location, clean rooms, good service, food taste and variety are also good, only the AC in the room leaks water, so you have to catch the water with a mat so the water doesn't get wet everywhere.

Easy access everywhere, friendly staff, and a wide selection of breakfast options. The only thing is the room wasn't soundproof enough. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
