Clean room, lovely staff. Everyone likes it. But WiFi is very bad.

The place is located near central festival. Also near pattaya night bazaar. Restaurants are everywhere around hotel. The bed was spacious. But the extrabed was lousy. The beach is only few minutes walking distance. Too bad they speak very little english.
