The location is indeed good, close to the beach, night bazzar and central Festival Pattaya Mall. But the condition of the room is not good at the price we pay. TV was broken, room conditions were quite old. And the smell of the hotel is less tasty and too many stairs. We cannot exchange rooms because the room conditions are full.

Best place for family...

Convenient location near Central Department Store and shops. The room is wide but dirty. The pillow is very yellow. The bathroom floor is dirty.

The hotel is in nice location -- near the beach with many restaurants, bars, and shopping places surrounding. Staff are friendly. And the room is really nice.
