It’s a beautiful property which has seen better days. I was unable to get a cable signal on the tv. I asked the staff at the front desk for assistance and they said they would send someone to fix it but no one came.

Property is “dated” and needs some maintenance work.

Shower head connection did not work. Unable to take a shower. Toilet plumbing whistled - slow leak?? Pressure priblem?? Had to turn off at the wall to sleep. Third stay at this hotel. This time was sub-par.

Property was well maintained with an open air restaurant bar area and pool. It was cozy and serene. There was also a well maintained children's play area as well as strolling area. It was a bit noisy due to location on a main highway and nearby nightclub on weekends.

Great swimming pool and gardens.

Nice pools with a bonus of all the wild life including peacocks walking around.

Shower head of the room was damaged also notice that some of the workers around the breakfast area not polite.

The location was perfect with a nice strip mall next door. A bank, grocery store, and restaurants a short stroll away. A fridge would have been a bonus but the onsite peacocks made up for it

I missed not having a little fridge in the suite , I liked breakfast included and the beautiful nature around the areas with birds (peacocks) all over mating and having a concert 😉😊

The only thing is about the peacock they make a lot noise my first night it was a nightmare I couldn’t sleep at all I know they are beautiful but they make a lot of noise at night but the hotel is really nice

Great place to stay, comfortable, kind service, very clean and accommodations for persons with disabilities.

Easy access to the airport

The hotel was quite dated and not very clean in the room. The bed was hard and there were ants in the bathroom. The pool also looked dirty when we walked around it at nighttime. I know this is a tropical location but it was by far the disappointing accommodation of our trip. The woman at the front desk was great and very helpful though (we had an early checkout and she made sure we had some food to take with us). The location also is good - we went for supper at a taco place at a nearby strip mall and it was delicious.

Nice place

The property itself is very nice. Lovely pool with chaise lounges that had a "top" so you could shield your face from the sun, see to read a book, etc. Tiki hut restaurant was good but a bit understaffed. Our sleeping room was just OK. Bathroom not very clean and water ran all over the floor from the shower. Also, there was no sound proofing, and we could hear our neighbors partying until 2:30 AM.

Very nice Pool with a lot of birds, really relaxing. Nice and clean rooms. The Hotel Restaurant did not look as inviting so we did not try. Keep in mind the Hotel is in the middle of the City and across the street is a Discotheque with can be noisy on weekends. We really did enjoy our stay, excellent bang for the buck.

This hotel has a lovely little oasis of a pool complete with friendly little peacocks and a park with a little lookout point in the back. It's aging but that keeps the price down. AC worked great and the beds were good. If you're going out downtown a room at the front is fine but if you need some quiet, ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the nearby night clubs are loud. This is an issue in all cities in CR as there are no noise laws and the club's are open air.
