friendly staff, fast check in process, room request also according to what we want, only the water drainage in the washbasin is a bit problematic/clogged different from the previous room, there are lipstick stains on the glass even though it hasn't been used at all, and yesterday we got a towel that was old and smelled musty, the rest is still okay. next time will come back again, please fix it

The hotel environment when I stayed on May 13 was flooded. If possible, the hotel can fix the gutters around the hotel so that there is no flooding which can make hotel guests lazy to stay....how come the hotel is already good and it is flooded....keep moving forward
