I stayed in Surabaya, a very impressive hotel, integrated with a mall, easy to find food, and my child's birthday cake 😍 my child was happy. Thanks to all staff, next staycation there again.

Located just next to a huge shopping mall, makes me enable to find food or other things easily. The staffs were also very nice and helpful. Hotel is relatively new, as such all facilities are worked well and the cleanliness was also well maintained. The breakfast was good, but the variety of food needs to be considered, particularly for those who stay for several days.

The breakfast would be a lot better if you can serve all you have. If I don't ask if there is any cheese, I don't know it's served.

Yesterday, May 11, a staycation at the Ciputra Hotel Surabaya with a Grand Deluxe King room type, got a room that directly faces the view of Surabaya city, the facilities are very complete, there is a hub, especially in the lobby, the impression is luxurious and elegant and the room is always fragrant. This @ciputra word Surabaya hotel is highly recommended for your vacation. Try staying here, you will definitely be addicted.

It was really fun to have a staycation at this hotel.

Overall it's okay, just the lighting is too dark, it's not convenient for makeup.

The hotel interior is luxurious and nice... the parking lot is combined with the mall but there is always some.... unfortunately the breakfast does not reflect 5 stars... it is equivalent to 4 stars starting from the taste and variety of food. The breakfast area is quite narrow during peak season.

It's really good...next time I need to repeat it for a longer staycation...

The hotel staff is very friendly, the check in process is ok, the room is comfortable, big, clean... there is a welcome snack valentine edition. Mr. Rahmat as a room attendant has a good service, giving a small note as a sign that the room has been cleaned well, there is additional mineral water and tea for us to have tea in the afternoon while snacking on snacks, it's really good. thank you for all the service nya... Hotel Ciputra is our stay cation place to refresh for a moment from the hustle and bustle... good service 👍🏻

From the beginning of its opening until now, Ciputra World is one of our favorite hotels. When we arrived at 12.30 pm but the room was already ready. The receptionist is always friendly, all staff especially the security downstairs are also always friendly. The room is clean, soundproof, and the bed is really comfortable! The pillows and linen are of good quality. The buffet restaurant is also delicious and has many varieties, the pool above has a nice view, there is also a jacuzzi, only the jacuzzi is not as hot as before and there used to be foam/suds but now it seems to be turned off, but it is still fun to swim there. Affordable price with hotel quality.

During my stay, the service and friendliness of the staff were very good, and I also chose this hotel because it was close to the mall and the price was affordable, but I tried the laundry in this hotel, there was no fragrance, maybe because it didn't smell like anything. In addition, when I wanted to check out, I called the operator and asked them to bring my suitcase down, but the staff didn't come, but the good thing is that the staff immediately apologized and the manager immediately chatted to handle the complaint. In addition, maybe the hotel corridor area can be lit again to make the atmosphere brighter. Thank you
