Nice place to stay

The outside of the property looks like a magical place. It has a vintage vibe inside and outside.

Servicio malo y poco profesional. No habia jabon en los baños, habeses ni toallas no ponian en. El baño. La gerencia muy malaaa

Too many Mosquitoes in the room!

Great staff great people

I loved it 10/10 the people around the area were super nice. I felt safe. I was walki my around with my boyfriend at night. Barhopping, it was truly incredible & the hotel is BEAUTIFUL.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first night the room was nice but things like the refrigerator, the safe did work. Also could not adjust the air conditioner, and it was chilly in the room. Next day asked for a new room and lady at the front desk took care of us, everything in the new room was perfect. The morning beakfast was good. The service in the restaurant was good.

Gave them mostly 2 for the roach found in room, but they did change my room. Not very many English speaking staff. Communication was difficult. Poor wifi. Breakfast choice could improve. Lower lever/smaller room bathrooms created a mess due to small size and inappropriate shower system. Lighting in room and bathroom were poor. However, property is located in an area with lots of food/restaurant choices, shops, grocery store. Outdoor pool was questionable. Staff were friendly but very little English speaking. Air conditioning was good but wasn’t really needed, as the daily temperature was mostly tolerable, maybe due to location. Indoor suites better than outdoor ones.

No water during my stay , requested multiple times at front desk , lady did not understand and said wait for 20 minutes again no water. No hot water , too commercial but not worth it

The staff was incredible, but there's an issues with cat's in the area, specially in the dinning facility.

Good property which comes with an unbelievably cheap price. Good food and atmosphere.

When booking the trip - please do your research. None of the staff spoke English. They tried to charge me twice for the reservation.

The hotel is nice in a shopping area with a few bars and restaurants and a small pool. The bed is comfortable but we wish there was better lighting in the rooms and that there was a trash can.

Need work

The continental breakfast was great. The staff was nice and responsive. We walked the main road near property and felt safe all hours. The road is very busy and hard to cross. Pool is nice, during the right hour. Property has a lot of trees so sun is limited and rooms are dark. Older hotel, but good value.

Bathroom was infested with cockroach

It was convenient. It was quiet. Satff was kind.

The hotel has a nice pool, we had a huge room at the top floor, however the decor in the room is so outdated.

The breakfast was great
