First time visitor to CDMX and hotel was well located for the plans we had around the World Cup celebrations. Safe surroundings and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

The Location and price were excellent. The staff were friendly and engaged. The room was clean, the perfect amount of space, functional with a great view.

My main concern was that the rooms with king beds have small showers… The rooms with 2 queen beds have large showers… The staff was very helpful in showing me rooms for our. Next visit in 1 week.

The breakfast did not have any vegetarian options The cereals were not good Not any variety of breads It was not worth paying for the breakfast. The area is not that good either.

Nothing terribly special, but a decent deal for a clean place walking distance from a lovely area.

Bathroom water pressure was very low and TV was only on Spanish, rooms with no amenities (coffee or fridge or iron). Breakfast has very limited vegetarian options, staff was nice but limited English speaking.

TV did not work. No one spoke. in English. No one’s helpful. Will not go back rooms not comfortable beds ext

Rooms are simple but very well kept and clean. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very helpful. There is a bus stop on the across the street and a Trolley-bus around the corner, along with a 7eleven store.

My room was very clean and nice looking. The king bed was very comfortable, and their breakfast buffet was delicious and excellent value.

Room was clean and staff welcoming. The Stir bar was our favorite.

Location is great for Roma and Condesa. Room was clean. Everything worked. Would recommend.

The hotel is dishonest and greedy. I got sick and had to leave MXC. My brother checked of our stay a day early and when we requested a refund thru Expedia, they lied and said my brother signed out at 1:00 pm and therefore they could not refund the last day. He is fact signed out at 10:00 am. We are very upset at not getting our refund.

Hotel Marbella nos a proporcionado una muy buena experiencia cada vez que nos hospedamos.

Clean room, has heating, front desk staff speak English. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors, leave the fan on to create some white noise to help block this out. The hotel is a decent location about a 10 minute walk from the main street in Roma Norte.

The staff was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious!
