Clean and welcoming

Unit was spacious and spotless. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful.

Rest assured under new ownership & new management. I had booked then read previous/older reviews & had a wee panic! But WONDERFUL new team, Spotlessly clean with very comfortable double (queen+) bed. The 2 other single beds were in the open lounge/dining area. Kitchen is well thought out for cooking (2 hotplates & Airfryer) & utensils, including usual electric jug & toaster. Staff were excellent, Manager was extremely helpful & 5 stars for customer service. Stayed 1 night - We had 2 nights in Wanaka but wished we had both here. Parking right outside your room, Walk to town in 25mins

The receptionist was lovely and friendly. When we had a problem with the TV, she came straight over, and fixed the problem.

Beautiful view from the window and nice residential area, calm but walking distance (about 20min) from the city center, the room was spacious and clean, parking on the site free. Well equipped room.

Blockout curtains are definitely needed…. We couldn’t sleep as soon as the sun was up it was like daylight inside… it’s a bit far out town if you want to walk. White sheets and towels were nice and soft which is high on my list.

We both didn’t have any problems we will come again

Everything was clean and tidy and people were really nice and helpful. We also got snowed in and were able to stay another night

Only thing that was glaring would be the wifi data limit of 30 mb per connection and TV Freeview wasn’t working. Watching any OTT or streaming content was constrained coz of this 1990 style data limit.

Good motel with reasonable prices, short drive to town centre. No complaints
