This is our second stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent. But this time we were disappointed. We stayed in room 502. The night before going to bed, I slipped and fell and hit the back of my head quite hard on the floor. It hurt a lot and immediately started bleeding from my nose. It turned out there was water on the floor of the room, coming from the AC drips above my head. After checking out of the hotel, I went to the doctor because I felt dizzy and had been bleeding from my nose several times. Thankfully, on the third day, the nosebleeds were gone, only the dizziness persisted. This is definitely a concern for hotel management, who should immediately fix the condition of the air conditioning in the hotel rooms. Likewise, fellow hotel guests should always be wary of the possibility of water dripping from the AC in any hotel.

Most of it is ok, except the smart tv is not working. The swimming pool water is very cold, because the weather is also in the Puncak area. So the pool water is colder, so there are rarely swimming, even if they swim, they can't swim for long, it's a shame even though the swimming pool is large. Suggestion if possible, the swimming pool water can be made warm. so it will be better😇

Puncak's odd-even traffic policy-free location offers complete family-friendly facilities. The fitness equipment is complete, even though it's old. The air is pleasant and perfect for morning runs. There's also a wide range of activities for children.

Very satisfying hotel, easy and spacious location, large pool, very spacious yard, lots of kids activities, cool, there is a fish pond, deer, and rabbits, satisfactory service and friendly staff, very varied and delicious food, spacious rooms and large, soft beds, highly recommended for families, the best is R Hotel Rancamay

The hotel staff are very friendly and check in time can be earlier than the provisions when the room is ready.
