The room is very small, the bathroom door is broken, people outside can see when they go to the bathroom, the toilet is only big enough for a person to stand, the aisle is very narrow. The air conditioner is directly discharged into the bed, there are no amenities except a tiny refrigerator and a kettle. Also, the bed is made up of 2 mattresses, so the person lying in the middle is very uncomfortable because it gets into the mattress gap.

It's great to have a hotel in such a good location at such a cheap price.

The hotel is near the center, convenient for traveling. The room interior is quite old, the air conditioner is terribly noisy, my mother can't sleep because of the hotel's air conditioner. The picture looks nice but the reality is not very similar. Hope the hotel will improve.

The location is walking distance to the Hanoi Big Church, but car cannot entrance hotel alley since it's to narrow and packed. The room is spacious but it looks different with the photos. Room smells wasn't nice either, and floor is quite dirty and bit sandy/dusty. Hot water run properly, but the room is noisy since it's located in front of busy alley

BOOK SUPERIOR DOUBLE 3N2D ON 7/11 - Check-in time: I wanted to check in early, so at first I called the staff and they said there was an additional charge of 80k/hour, but when I arrived, the staff quoted 150k/hour - Soundproofing: extremely poor, I stayed for 2 nights in a row and heard the sound of a machine operating very clearly and loudly all night long, making me unable to sleep - Space: stuffy - Room interior: the wardrobe looked gloomy, the thing is, I opened the wardrobe to get something, then I closed it tightly but there was a noise from inside for the first few minutes, it was really haunting - Cleaning: clean, 10/10 - Parking: no, had to go all the way to the nearby hospital to park, extremely inconvenient In general, I will not come back here again!!!

The hotel is in a central location, close to the church, so it is very busy and convenient to travel around the old town. The family room is spacious, the bathroom is large, and the design is indochine style. The reception staff is enthusiastic and supportive. The bed sheets are a bit old, but for the price, it is very ok.

The hotel is nice, the location is near to the old quarter. Many cafes and restaurants. Very nice staff

Good amenities, near church and many good places to eat

The hotel is located in the old tourist alley, so it is bustling, suitable for people traveling to Hanoi, exploring. The room is a bit small, but fully equipped, clean. There is a sky bar on the airy rooftop. Suitable for the price.

The hotel is right in the center, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes (all delicious). The staff here are lovely, especially the cleaning ladies who are polite and friendly. I stayed in a room with a view of the outside on the 9th floor, but the view was nothing special. The room was quite spacious, clean, and filled with tea and water. It was a bit difficult to catch a taxi in the Great Church area, so walking to the Governor's Office (about 100-200m) would be easier. The hotel rents motorbikes but the price is a bit high, I rented a motorbike for 200k/day (other places rent for 120-150k/day) and after 10pm, I parked my motorbike at a nearby hospital and walked home. Overall, the experience was okay for a 3-day, 2-night trip.

When I checked in and checked out, even though they saw me carrying heavy luggage, no staff helped me carry it or simply opened the door. I had to carry the heavy luggage and open the door myself.

The day I arrived, the outside had just been repainted so the paint smell was strong. The family room was ok and spacious but the superior room had a small bathroom. The bed was 2 double beds put together so it was uncomfortable to lie on.

The hotel has no parking space, during the day we have to park at the hospital, at night we have to park very far away. The staff who open the door do not help guests carry their luggage even though there are a lot of luggage, and also force guests to line up their own cars at the door to wait for check in, after check in we have to take the cars to park.

Pictures do not match reality. Furniture is dilapidated. Table was broken but still there. No pictures because I did not take them but the experience was disappointing.

Friendly staff, clean hotel.

The only reason why we walked and pushed 12 pieces of luggage through the long alley to stay here was that they advertised the room size is 30 m2, we saw that the room is too small and we actually used a tape to measure the real area of the room including the bathroom and the closet which is less than 20m2. We talked to the receptionist and he has no solution for us. He still confirmed with us that the room is 28m2, we bet him 100 usd to go up to the room and measure himself, but he wouldn't dare. This is cheating customer because we will not book a room less than 20m2 if we know in advance.

The female staff who works at night only cares about making phone calls and does not care about customers. The hotel does not have a motorbike parking lot. After renting a motorbike, you have to go to the main street to park your motorbike overnight, which is very difficult. The towels used for customers were torn and looked very dirty and unhygienic. Too bad

Room suitable for families. Old town center location. High floor rooms have windows.
