Very cool hotel boutique. Comfortable bed

the hotel is OK but the staff is difficult to deal with many times. The rooms themselves are outdated and you can tell the wear and tear of them. There is no TV channels. If you try to look at one of the channels you’re gonna get over the air TV, which is all grainy at best, don’t expect many channels either you get about six or seven at most. air conditioning does work and it’s a good thing because the rooms get very hot . In the future I would consider looking out for other places . between the staff the fact that there’s no TV and very bad Wi-Fi it leaves any business traveler in a bind. Not worth the price. En en if the location is good. There is better hotels in the area with nicer staff and newer rooms for about the same price.

The rooms were nice and so was the staff. We were unable to get extra towels or pillows, other than the two in the room without an extra charge. Also warned that when we lost our room key, the one that was given to us, we could be charged for the replacement. Floors were not that clean in the room. And there was leftover lingerie in the closet which was kind of gross.

Awesome large room. Convenient location wise as well. The bar in the pool area is fantastic

The hotel is located in a very central area, making it easy to get around Mexico City. Excellent service—highly recommended.

All the staff, especially the rooftop bar, was amazing. Super safe location close to a lot.

Amazing shower. Unfortunately there were guests who were speaking ( arguing) very loudly for much of the night which kept me awake. Otherwise the room was great. Pool was disappointing but the rooftop lounge was nice.

False advertising, the pool is not really a pool. You can’t swim, the spa wasn’t open. The gym is very small and you can’t use it if they have a class.

Fantastic location and overall a great property with a number of amenities, restaurants, and shops in or directly connected to the hotel. Only minor downside was that it could get loud at times during the night, but never enough to significantly disrupt the stay.

Great room, great staff, great location! The rooftop bar was something else as was the speakeasy downstairs. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Muy bien servicio del staff. Muy atentos. Cuando llegue si note que mi habitación tenía las sábanas de la cama un poco sucias pero cuando les avisé del problema, rápidamente las cambiaron. El lugar es céntrico y tiene muy buena ubicación. Recomendado.

Everything was nice and easy

Antes de Las 10am alguien de limpieza entro a la habitación mientras nosotros seguíamos acostados. Me parece que pudieron hablar antes por teléfono a la habitación para preguntar si seguíamos ahí.
